The store is well laid out, bright and the staff is friendly and helpful. The cashier even added a complimentary bag of treats for my puppers in the bag. It was such a lovely surprise when I got home. Will be back!

Very unfortunate that they are unwilling to let rescues have an adoption events at their facility to help dogs in need find their forever homes. Super disappointed to hear this.

Very low stock of dog harnesses, and quite pricey. I thought their prices we’re supposed to be less expensive than PetSmart…. I don’t think so, Tim.

I've never had a good experience at any location of pet valu including this one, be it from over priced items to the staff itself, I definitely do not recommend buying anything from ANY location.The staff keep a close eye on you and make it an entirely uncomfortable experience, let alone the subpar service and overpriced items

Manager has an attitude problem, I was rudely told not to touch the bird, I replied there should be a sign, I love birds and have owned birds. Everytime I've gone in I've been met with poor service, the employees hardly seem to be animal folk. I understand having a bad day and had been the only reason I return to give a second chance. Not that my dog needs treats but I get more enthusiasm and treats from drive thru employees over my pup then this store. Only reason I'm giving two stars is the staff on tonight were friendly and helpful, even shared a laugh.
