Doctors in this clinic are scary because they have the power to make you feel like killing yourself. The STAFF IS THE WORST. If you are not after them like a dog, they won't do anything at all. Worst medical staff you will ever see. Nobody knows the procedure, nobody has any idea how things work in clinic, if you are thinking you will get a call for specialist appt....forget about it. You have to call them & remind them that you are waiting for specialist appt. They tell you to be there at 11:30am and when you arrive they say you missed your appointment that was at 9:05am. This place is a nightmare and I bet my life’s earnings this clinic is the reason for so many overdoses. Santosh and marshal are two people that are getting looked at closely because of the complaints. When it starts to fall apart I want to be there to see. I’ve never seen staff treat people with addiction like absolute trash before until this place.

We live down the street, and were completely denied medical services from Ravensong. I am a sole mother with x2 special needs kids and was asking for help and desperately needed a care provider. We waited over an hour at the walk in clinic and we’re then turned away. My daughter was in pain and 7yrs at the time.

The receptionist on the phone was so rude today!I have been a client with the clinic for over 5 years now. My nurse practitioner works out of here and East Van Youth Clinic & HERE. I’ve been here multiple times and have had positive experiences with all staff besides this one receptionist handling primary care, hence only 2 stars lostMy NP’s phone was off and east van youth usually doesn’t open till later, so I called RavenSong simply to confirm if she’s working today. The switchboard operator transferred me to primary care. The woman was speaking to me very condescendingly, I was asking one question; not trying to book anything, if my NP was in. She asked me to confirm my date of birth name and at stuff multiple times. She then said “why are you calling if you’re not a primary care client, I cannot help you if youre not primary care”I explained I should be in the system as I’ve been a client there since 2017. It’s not my fault I was transferred to the primary care. I said ok I asked a simple question, no need to be rude I’ll just try East Van youth and then hung up.Great clinic! Trauma informed nurses, friendly staff, good wrap around care. Rude receptionist whoever answered my call today!

I have been seeing Dr. Neelakant and Rada at Ravensong for the last four years now. I enjoy our conversations and they are both a huge support system to me. I feel like I trust them and can confide in any personal matters. Dr. Neelakant is quite knowledgeable on the type of medication that I take and he has shown that he is competent at his job. I would be a bit lost without our monthly appointments honestly. They both make a great team and work tirelessly to benefit their patients . At first, I dreaded all my psychiatrist meetings but I have grown comfortable with the two of them. Couldn’t say better things. I will miss them if I have to transfer elsewhere.

Until recently, we've had good experiences at this clinic with our baby's standard vaccinations (hence the 2 stars).I was aware from seeing our child's 'Heath Passport' that the topic of flu vaccines would come up, something that I wouldn't get myself, let alone for my baby.In our 3rd visit, the doctor brought up not just the flu vaccine, but also the COVID vaccine, which has well documented side effects at this point for people who are otherwise perfectly healthy.So, we said 'no'.Rather than accept this response, the doctor gave us a major lecture / guilt trip on the consequences of not getting it: You might have the flu virus in your nose

My case manager Emmanuel & Dr.Woods (my psychiatrist) are incredibly supportive, listen attentively, and genuinely care. I feel like I can actually trust them & I have had a lot of bad experiences with health care. I am incredibly hard to please, and they are outstanding.

I have to give Raven Song great credit for their performance. Considering the work load and tge diversity of clients, I have to give Mad Propps" to all who work there.Thank you Raven Song."

We had an amazing experience in the Raven Song health center today done by nurse Rachel Mowat . She is so professional, caring and kindhearted person . She is definitely in the right place , you can feel how she loves what she is doing . As we are new comers in Canada , she made sure that we understood all regulations and procedures. Before to make a vaccination for our two kids , she patiently explained everything in details , and made us feel comfortable and welcomed . She was so attentive and supportive to our requests and questions.Thanks and all the best!Sincerely , Berber family .

First off……Marshall needs to be fired or find a new profession. He is so unfriendly and horrible at his job it’s shocking. Santosh isn’t that bad….but she needs to work on not treating people like everyone is lying to her. It’s very unprofessional. The cherry on top is the new doctor they got…. Dr Rothon…..and that’s really who made me write this review. BEWARE.I started going here right when she started in December of 2022 only because it’s very close to my home. My first couple encounters with her were okay but she was basically just refilling a prescription that I’ve been on for years. Once I asked to go back on a medication I was on before which my family doctor had already approved in the past….that’s when her true colours showed.I’ve had very odd/complex medical issues going on the past couple years and certain meds have made them worse. I’m very in-tune with my body and know exactly when symptoms get worse and what makes them worse. She’s one of those doctors that completely ignores all of your own personal experiences. Just because my symptoms weren’t normally what occur as side effects from what I was on….she refused to believe what I was telling her….as if everyone is the same and everyone will experience the same side effects. Not all doctors are created equal unfortunately.I told her my family doctor had already prescribed me the medication and all she had to do was access his notes from a couple years ago. She can barely use a telephone let alone a computer and didn’t know how to access notes from my family doctor….and when I asked about why she couldn’t access them she got unprofessionally rude. She started there in December of 2022 so she’s the one other people with 1 star reviews on here are complaining about when they mention the new/substitute doctor.Anyone who’s ever had a doctor act nonchalant while minimizing your symptoms and completely dismissing what you’re telling them….all while they know NOTHING about your medical history…you all know how frustrated I was getting!She basically told me that my experiences in the past are not true…even though another doctor who saw it with his own eyes documented it. But she was too inept to access those records so she decided she knew my body better than me….even though she knew NOTHING about my medical history and has only talked to me a couple times. Horrible doctor.Like I said, the only reason I started going here was because I moved. Now I have to go back to my original doctor and explain to him what’s going on. Thankfully he actually listens, is rational, and doesn’t dismiss your concerns….and he knows how to use a computer!! or in other words….at least he’s actually a good doctor. A lot less convenient to get to unfortunately.I’m thinking about filing a complaint with the organization that oversees BC doctors…and probably with the branch of government that oversees these clinics..after looking at other reviews I think I probably should….otherwise nothing will change! I encourage everyone who’s had a bad experience to do the same.Complaints need to be documented officially and not just on google reviews so people who work in these clinics can be made accountable.

Came early friday too see my family doctor. They have a guy at the door handing out masks and hand sanitizer, it seemed to me they were taking all the precautions thumbs up.
