I asked them to help me fix my own device. I was able to lend some tools to fix my own laptop on their counter. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Inventory seemed nice, too. They have a bit of everything, nothing you don't need, and most general things you would need. Overall, they were very willing to help me out, and we had a nice chat while I got my laptop fixed.

Sylvia sits behind the desk and is patient with beginner and expert questions about cell phones. They also have assorted electronic parts and accessories upstairs. Just about the only place on Salt Spring to get electronic stuff.

Phone ended up at the bottom of a lake while on Salt Spring. Stopped in to see if they could assist. Service was excellent, friendly, and fast. They had exactly what I needed for a replacement and even helped me get the best possible deal on the phone and updated my cellular plan.

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement because it was cracked. Phone was in and out of the store for 2 weeks as it seemed there was a connection issue. Told me they couldn't help fix it even though it was working well before the screen replacement. Now I can't get a refund as I lost the receipt and it's past the 15 days from the date of purchase.
