I ordered a beautiful floor-standing Foscarini lamp, which arrived, damaged in transit. I let Lightform know immediately. We discussed options and it was elected to order a new piece and return the damaged one. Throughout the admittedly tedious process, Erika hand held and ensured minimum pain. I now own four pieces sourced through Lightform, here in Vancouver, and have sent friends. It’s an unrivaled source for hi-end lighting at reasonable prices. My go to source. Thanks, Erika.

The showroom is located inside a historical building, how amazing is that? The fixtures they display are beautiful and they’re constantly bringing in more and more brands. It’s always nice to visit the store and talk to the knowledgeable staff.

I love going into the LightForm Vancouver showroom, I get so inspired and just enjoy admiring the beautiful lighting. The staff are always super friendly and helpful- it's definitely my go-to when shopping for lighting. They carry some of the best and most unique designs on the market!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lightform. My issue began when two out of the four very expensive DGA outdoor lights that we purchased burnt out a week about installation, which is simply unacceptable. This problem not only caused inconvenience and frustration but also led to additional costs, as we had to hire an electrician and a low voltage technician to come back to assess the issue.We have built numerous homes in the past and have used the same trusted electricians for all of them without any problems. This leads us to believe that the problem lies with the defective lights rather than the installation. Additionally, the lights did work for a brief period before they stopped functioning, which further supports our belief that these lights are inherently defective.Unfortunately, Lightform offered we purchase another set for a discounted price for the malfunctioning lights is not satisfactory. As a customer, I believe that this issue should be fully compensated by either the manufacturer or Lightform. The cost of replacing the defective lights should be fully covered, considering the inconvenience and extra expenses we've incurred and even time we have had to be without working lights.They tried to blame it on the installation which was done with a qualified electrician and one of Lightforms reps on the phone so I strongly urge Lightform to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue satisfactorily. We expect a company in the construction industry to take its customers' concerns seriously and address problems promptly. Until this matter is resolved to our satisfaction, I cannot recommend Lightform to others.

This store has some amazing lighting fixtures that aren't available anywhere on the lower mainland. We had purchased a dining room fixture, Alex was the salesperson who helped us. He was very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. We had some shipment & delivery issues that were beyond the company's control but Alec did come up with a solution. Overall we are very happy with Alec and we love the lighting, it looks very classy and was a perfect match with our dining room set.

Purchased a light fixture over 3 years ago for about $780 after the sales rep highly recommend it.I have purchased 7 more light fixtures from your company as i believed that you sell high end products that last.Woke up one morning to see the light fixture completely fell apart with no reason.I wrote the sale rep who had careless reply that they dont deal with the company that makes the lamp anymore and nothing she could do.If i had knew that Im buying a light fixture for 3-4 years for that price I simply wouldn’t buy it.I have a $30 light fixture from home depot that is 15 years old and it looks as new, i wasn’t expecting from a $780 light fixture to last 3.5 years.Clearly from your google reviews score and the way you handled this issue you have poor customer service and don’t care about your existing customers.New buyers; be aware.

I love shopping at this amazing light store!! At the beginning of every project I design I start here! I always seem to design my clients homes around the lighting! The energy is amazing and everyone knows the classics to the present day design of luminaries :) With an amazing showroom here in vancouver why go elsewhere… Thanks Jamie and Richard for such great service and expertise! Don’t buy from this place I’m begging y’all.I ordered a Catellani & Smith floor lamp from here, took a month to get it, after I open the package, it came as European plug. And this isn’t even the part I’m mad about: David, the customer service guy, started throwing policy and terms, saying it might seems defective but they can’t accept return nor store credit, and I have to wait for the manufacturer to ship another base to me. So here I am, have a almost $2,000 dollars lamp that I can’t even use sitting in my storage. No tracking provided, god knows how this place keep running not bankrupt with this kind service.

If you appreciate quality, authentic designer lighting, Lightform is like a candy shop! Beautiful range of products and the sales person greeted me warmly. Very knowledgeable staff that were actually excited to show me around.
