Called them 3 weeks ago to get my a.c. serviced they told me it would be a while. Called back last week and was told I would get a call back on Friday still no call on Monday. Look elsewhere. Update found out these guys don't even have techs working on AC. They take your number and try and sub it out. Had someone else come and do my repair and bought a new furnace from him to be installed in September too.
