I have to Express my appreciation to the amazing thoughtful attention to detail given in Port Coquitlam.....from the moment you walk in no matter what service you are getting you simply feel important. Mandy is my absolute favorite human ever, she is super knowledgeable and her passion for her job radiates the entire studio. The entire team here is absolutely amazing and brighten every day I come in.

I Love Fabutan! Especially the Coquitlam location. I come here before every BC Lions game for a spray tan. I always leave feeling game day ready to cheer the boys on from the sidelines. The staff are so lovely! Love the Fab girls ❤️

Mandy and her team at the Hush/Fabutan Lash studio provide an exceptional customer experience. Their expertise in red light therapy is outstanding, and with their newly upgraded beds, I've experienced incredible results in a comfortable and relaxing environment. I've had a great experience with stand up tanning and redight at this location. Very friendly staff and easy to book your sessions. The studio is very clean and inviting. Would definitely recommend this location if your trying to get ready for the summer sun ☀️

I like their approach to tanning as a company - they don't have any high intensity or high pressure beds, the beds are basically just meant to mimic the sun and the only variable is time, making it much safer. And the girls that work at this location are all so kind and helpful.

I booked an appointment today and this evening they called me and told me that they are canceling my appointment because they are overbooked , this place is not organized at all . I don’t recommend it to anybody .

I went and got my lashes done (new set lash extensions) done by Brittany about two weeks ago now.I had a great time chatting with her and really loved how quickly they got me in. I felt I had a good connection with Brittany and we had good conversation. I also really liked my lashes when leaving. However, the next morning my eyes were so swollen, and it looked like all the blood vessels in my eyes were popped. I chalked it up to having a reaction because I was twitching a lot, so maybe I opened my eyes and glue got in. No big deal, that’s my fault, right? Then, about 2 days later a chunk of lashes started to fall out and about a week later, my lashes were completely ruined. I didn’t want to call and complain because again, I felt maybe it was my fault but after speaking to my old lash tech, she explained that regardless if you accidentally opened your eyes during application, that shouldn’t be a cause for lashes falling out and not being placed properly. I’ve got to see her to get a full and she told me that over 90% of my lashes were placed sloppy and half way up my natural lash, which would explain why my eyes were bothering me so much. I could feel them stabbing my eyes.Needless to say, 200 bucks is NEVER going to be worth it for that. I hate complaining and making a fuss but if anyone reads this, you can get better lashes, with better care and proper application for cheaper and better follow up. I’ve never met a lash tech that didn’t offer me her number to cal or text if there was a problem. I did try calling the shop once or twice to see if I could get in for a touch up and show Brittany, but every time I called I just heard laughing and swearing in the background and just got bad vibes.Either way, I’ve heard zero positive things about this salon, even from their own staff and I think you can get way better product with techs that have better procedure for a way more reasonable price. I also tipped her 50 bucks because I felt bad for having shakey eyes for a bit. So much regret.

I love this place! Most affordable tanning + best spray tans. Mandy is the best! Takes great care of all her studios. Highly recommend

This is the best salon ever! I only do the red light therapy but I’ve seen the work of the lash techs and it’s incredible. The girls that work there are so lovely, especially Shannon and Brittney! They make you feel so comfortable and really know their stuff. Absolutely love it here and I highly recommend it!
