I always feel good when I go there. Especially, the staff are so kind. And they do their best to their customers. Justin is the best employee. I will go here often with pretty clothes and reasonable prices.

Great experience. The staff are welcoming and egar to help if needed. Product is good and the value is amazing. Service with COVID measures was seamless yet visible between every customer at cash and fitting rooms.

My Grandmother almost had a seizure in the store, and the employees jumped right in to help. They gave her cold water and a snack, and allowed her to sit in the disabled changing stall until she felt better. Fantastic staff, and they were really helpful in finding an outfit too!

I went into this store for just a casual browse. I found a pair of jeans on sale. After purchasing them I realized they were more than I expected. I raised my concern to the employee helping me. She was very helpful and got Justin the supervisor. They both went above and beyond to correct the system error and represent what I believe to be the highest precedent of customer service.

Staff are friendly. Store is large and clean. Very quiet during my visit and very little merchandise- especially in the mens section. Prices are high for a Factory Outlet Location and there are no deals.

The 'sale' items are deceiving given something marked down 40% is still too expensive for what you're getting. I generally find the staff here avoid you and are so busy restocking, nobody bothers to say hello and their racks are SO jam packed with hangers, it's impossible to actually take something off.
