Patrick did my home inspection and he was great! He was very thorough, informative, and helpful throughout the whole inspection. He answered any questions I had throughout the inspection, too. He also took the time to check all additional safety features such as window locks and door locks, since I am a female purchasing a home on my own. His report was also very detailed, informative, and thorough, showing all maintenance and repair items with very good pictures/videos and arrows pointing to the exact location of the maintenance/repairs in each picture.
