I think you would do better using another store. The pharmacy runs on ridiculously short hours. Went down two hours before the store closed. Pharmacy had already bees shut for an hour. Asked a clerk about it. Half hearted shoulder shrug. He told me I should look at google. Where, fun fact, it does not show the pharmacy closing three hours before the store closes. So if you want poor service and abrasive, disinterested clerks, shop here. Otherwise, I would suggest any other pharmacy in town.

Had an excellent experience with the apple authorized repair technician Tuomo, personable employee who took time to listen to my needs and concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure they were taken care of. I had no idea London Drugs did Apple Authorized repairs, and on top of a great fragrance department, pharmacy, home goods, every interaction is hallmarked by consistently good customer service.

The staff at this store is amazing. I wish I remembered his name (he is a south Asian, I hope he gets recognized by London Drug). He is so attentive and patient. I ordered a bike which he brought to me quickly and I asked him if my other order had arrived, he looked at my account to check for me and even said thank you for being a customer. I got a bike so it was a very big box, he offered to help me bring it to the car. There was also a promo with a free water cage for the bike which I didn't add properly to my cart so it didn't go through. He looks into my order and goes out of his way to help me and ends up giving me the water cage for free, even though it was my fault that I didn't do it properly online. I was so impressed and he totally made my day. He offers help without being asked. This is customer service at its finest! Thank you!

I recently had a great experience with Canada Post at this location. The gentleman working was less than 10 minutes from closing when I stopped in to pack up and ship a package across the country. He took his time to assist me, found me a better rate shipping option, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I want to say that I like shopping here because it's only one block away from me. I also enjoy shopping on their website, which is not only convenient but also efficient. Their products are often on sale, and they provide Guarantees Best Prices in Canada -price matching Policy 。Taking the above advantages into consideration, I should give them five stars, but this is the first time I want to give a store zero stars. It's because of Marcel, an employee in the customer service center. A few weeks ago, I went to the store to pick up my online order, but I wasn't sure where to pick it up, so I queued up at the customer service center. However, Marcel was chatting with the person in front of me about many things related to the Philippines, and they chatted for a long time without any intention of ending the conversation. Just went to the photo lab to pick up some prints. The prints are great, but the transaction went south in a hurry. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. One employee interrupted the transaction and said I should go to customer service, not realizing I was purchasing some prints. Giving disinformation to a new employee. Just didn't have a clue, as usual. No wonder they have such a high turnover. Always hiring new people managed by staff who have reached their level of incompetence.

I’ve always appreciated the variety ,quality and prices of London Drugs.The pharmacy service had been top notch until the Covid pandemic has seemed to throw a wrench into supply chains and employee shortages.

This store is bigger than some of their other stores. There are other services available such as key cutting, a post office and Translink bus tickets which is convenient.Service was friendly and helpful staff. The store was clean with a good selection of products. There’s paid parking at the meters on West Broadway.
