I would give 0 stars if i can. I booked a truck with dolly in a different location other than this. Couple of days before i get a call saying the pickup has to be modified as the other location does not have the trick and this location has, i said ok. Also the customer service said to compensate they will refund around 20$ but i said that is not necessary just add one dolly so that i can move my things much faster. When turn up to the location the dollies are not available and the time is around 10:15 the center opened at 9. The person in the counter was not friendly at all when i first started talking he was saying first come first serve but while serving me i was just going through the information, he just moved form the customer and started answering the other customer who was starting behind me though i had some questions myself. Please dont this Uhaul. I see a lot of negative reviews but still the franchise is open. Please look into this uhaul.

Terrible service. Would give zero stars if I could.They called shortly before 8pm the night before my pickup to tell me that they weren't open at the time I wanted, even though U-Haul's system showed they opened at 9am, and that they didn't have the truck I wanted, even though I had made the reservation a week earlier and had even gotten a confirmation text during the week. They were extremely flexible and accommodating. It made the renta experience that much better. They were also patient and understanding with the complexity of my rental needs. The truck was clean Inside.

Great experience. The man over the counter was very friendly. I didnt do a online self check in. The check in at counter just took 5 min. When I get in to the Van, i couldn't figure out how to put the van in drive or reverse..lol...The guy over the counter helped me to understand the control.

The gentleman handing the keys told me to fill up the tank before returning and I will not be charged for the fuel (Distance used). I filled up the tank before returning. Shocked to see the bill which had the distance charged. I wrote an email to the customer support also along with pics of dashboard before and after use. It has been 4 days still no response from the support team.

We rented a uhaul today and he never asked us that how long we need it. When we called customer service, she said you will only get 6 hours for $19.95 and will need to pay extra $11 for 24 hours. (She hang up the phone without resolving an issue)Why their website says $19.95 per day? Be careful while booking in person as they're adding all information by themselves, without asking you anything. This is a Scamming people in daylight.

There is small counter inside the halal market. The process was quick and easy. We are late for the pickup for about an hour but didn't have any problem. Our keys were ready by the time we are there. Easy drop off

We reserved a uhaul over a week before our move. The night before we were to pick up the truck I received a text that they had no truck for me and I would have to drive 57km one way to pickup my truck. The proudly told me they would credit me 50$for the inconvenience, however having to have someone drive me there, their time, my time and gas at 2$ per litre didn’t really make the fifty seem like a bonus. We got up early and made the drive only to discover that they planned to charge me more for the one way rental since it was no longer a local rental. Excuse me, you forced me to get up much earlier than necessary on a stressful day, drive almost an hour and now due to uhauls incompetence I’m being changed extra??? I called uhauls customer service line and was pretty much told there was not a thing that could be done and when I refused to pay the extra for their mistake the gal canceled my reservation and hung up on me. I won’t ever rent from uhaul again and will be spreading this story far and wide. Absolutely worst customer service

Wasnt there for my reservation at 9am showed up at 10ish. Truck was filthy. Food under the seat. Did I mention I had to do my own oil change. Immediately after picking it up.2 stars just because it was a Chev.

I reserved my truck 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived, the truck was not there. The owner did not look his reservation for the day and did not made sure that he had all of his truck according to the reservation that were made. We ended up going to the other part of the city to get a truck and we were told that we were « lucky » to even get one.Horrible services, no organization and respect for people’s time.
