Intact Courier is a staple for any businesses requiring local courier services. If you do not want to go through a lot of hassle and need a quick and easy service to set up, go ahead and use these guys. I have never had a courier service so easy, fast and reliable. They also offer the best prices in town. My business has used many courier services in the past but nothing comes close to Intact Courier. Seriously, Thanks Guys!

I have worked in logisitics for over 20 years and have not seen a mess this bad. Very disorganized courier. They do not send any confirmation of delivery or when you send a shipment out. You cannot verify how many pieces in a shipment no paperwork or anything. No tracking information. Had the same driver mess up a few times in various different situations. Will not being using or recommending this courier going forward. This company needs to take their business a little more seriously especially accepting responsibility when they make a mistake.

I had a missed delivery on my first order with Intact. I called their customer service line around 11:30pm and got through to a real person immediately. The gentleman on the other end of the line took all of my details, apologized for the issue, and advised that he would personally ensure that my package was delivered by the end of the day. To my surprise, it arrived at 4pm. Not only did I get a free one-day shipping upgrade, but when I got home my package was there in perfect condition!!!

I recently started a lunch program for a daycare I manage and needed help with getting food delivered to the daycare from Monday to Friday. After contacting a number of different courier companies, I decided to go with Intact since they responded right away, had very reasonable pricing, and genuinely seemed to care about my business. I don’t regret it one bit. All deliveries to date have been dropped off on time and they’ve gone out of their way to make sure things run smoothly.
