PCMaster Pro are outstanding. They repaired my broken laptop screen after I landed on it slipping on ice earlier in the week. I needed a new screen ordered and which they had within a couple days. As I'm told, the technician works after hours and they gave me top priority when I mentioned I needed this ASAP. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for your computer repair needs, they're excellent at what they do and how they do it!

PcMaster Pro did a great job of installing a new keyboard on my laptop. They had to painstakingly disassemble the entire thing and charged a very fair rate for a time intensive job. They also noticed and let me know that my battery was swelling so that I can order a new one before it gets worse. Glad I took my machine to the pros here rather than trying to install the part myself!

Just don't. They lied to me, took 3 times as long as they promised only to tell me nothing was wrong, charge me over a hundred dollars plus the cost of a new charge cable (roughly $200 total) and within 5 seconds of turning on my computer I can see the issues are still there.They have refused a refund. They are crooks.

Best computer shop ever ! Never before I got such a quick, perfect service. Two of my computers got fixed within 24 hours, and they helped me with some data recovery too, which I wasn't able to do.Highly recommend this shop!

If you want your computer or laptop fixed properly and efficiently, look no further than this little place.Fantastic to deal with!I had a wonderful experience here and the level of customer service was excellent.I dealt with a young lady named Nour and she was not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful and polite. Great place to deal with, I’ll know where to go next time I experience technical difficulties.

So impressed and so grateful for Noor and the team at PCMaster Pro Kensington. I came in for diagnostics after a whole scam debacle on a Saturday afternoon which became a virus issue since my laptop's been compromised. They were amazing and was able to get my laptop fixed and ready to go within 24hrs and ended up being a fair price too. Definitely recommend!
