Kirstyn is so great to work with! Great to have someone come to the house to go over options. She is also so responsive and helpful over email or phone with all the back and forth required to come to a final decision! We used her for our blinds in Collingwood and again for our house in Toronto. If we ever need additional blinds we will be calling Kirstyn.

I have used Simply Blinds, twice, since moving into my renovated house 2 years ago. I did interview two other companies and I went with Simply Blinds because she was very knowledgeable, the price was competitive and her communications were always prompt and clear. Kirstyn, the owner of Simply Blinds, was always on time, answered my numerous questions, was professional and offered welcome opinions when it came to deciding blind material/optimal operation of specific blinds for each window. I really liked that she is detail oriented and this made me feel confident in her company/services. She works with awesome installers, who were also professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. We purchased all motorized shades in our home and they have been working great. We did have a problem with two shades about 1 year after installation, and Kirstyn had a service person out to trouble shoot. One was fixed on the spot and the other was replaced by the manufacturer and back to our home within 2 weeks at no cost to us. She and the companies that she uses stand behind their warranties. I would not hesitate to recommend her company to others

Great service and value! I recently had my condo outfitted with black-out shades with side tracks (highly recommended for great sleep!). The blinds came in with a perfect fit and the installation was a breeze with the help of Kirstyn and Dayn.
