False advertisement on one of their toys, said it came with 3 cars but only 1 in the box. Would not take an exchange even though there was no way to know the item was wrong. I understand the no exchange policy but when the item isn't what was advertised there should be some leniency. Bottom line is they were blaming the manufacturer instead of taking ownership of something they are selling in store.

They put the wrong size of glue sticks right under the glue guns, and the actual size ones are literally at the very back off the bottom rows. When you try to return them, they say that the receipt says that they have a no return or exchange policy and don't even ask you for a receipt when you buy something. Wasted pretty much an hour. Would rather get expensive stuff than waste my time, money and the things that they don't take back

Dollar stores aren't noted for a great shopping experience. However, this Dollarama is definitely a cut above the rest (and particularly the two that are eight blocks north, and eight blocks south). This one pretty consistently has the best inventory of the three, and was the only one of the three that understood the Lucky Mobile promotions that all three sell.
