Incredible customer service!Was having a minor leak on our dishwasher and so went to a big chain store out in Gasoline Alley. They were overpriced, rude, and immediately tried to sell me a brand new dishwasher that I didn't need. Driving away very disappointed, but I remembered Central Appliances located downtown Red Deer.The moment I walked in I was greeted with a cheerful hello. Was able to share my problem and they knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. They looked up the part number for me and it was considerably cheaper than what I was quoted from the big chain store. Had the opportunity to meet the manager Leroy and he told me that if I can bring in the part we can try to match it to one he has in his back warehouse and give me a considerable discount.My wife came back in the following week with the part in hand. Leroy immediately jumped to assistance and was able to locate the part. Gave it to us free of charge and only asked that we consider coming back in the future if we ever have any issues with our appliances.Such a simple act of kindness, but it will not go unforgotten. Highly recommend Central Appliances and they have just earned life long customers as well as referrals to all family and friends. Thanks again Leroy!

Person who answers the phone was useless, they said they could look up parts.They were not able to give a rough price idea for a very basic common part. I understand if I want an exact quote they need to look it up, but for a common part they should have a vague idea of the price range.Even after I gave them the exact model number, they were unwilling to look it up over the phone. They wanted to call me back. This tells me that the person on the phone really has no idea what’s going on.When I told them I would just call someone else, they did not offer to simply look it up….they just said “ok”If this was my business, I would be furious that my people answering the phone are literally driving away customers.

Leroy is amazing. Always able to come as soon as he can ,to repair your appliances. He is not only good at repairs, he is also really good in suggesting other things to help out to solve the problem . Very friendly, hard working and reasonably priced ,love using his services. Highly recommend.

Leroy is amazing! He located the problem with our dishwasher within a few mins after arriving, this is after we had another tech look at it several times who had replaced a few parts and still didn’t fix the leak! Leroy saved us from having to buy another dishwasher. We will never call anyone but Leroy again. He’s quick, honest and gets the job done right the first time. He and his staff are a pleasure to deal with.

Very good service took a fridge in there to get it fixed payed the deposit but once there technician looked at it he said it couldn't be fixed and if did it'd run into the same problem a few months down the road and even gave my deposit back as didn't think it was fair to keep since they couldn't do any work on it very hounst people and a great place for service

Laura and Leroy were great! We came into the store looking for a new fridge. Leroy ask what our fridge was doing and after explaining the issue he thought he might be able to fix it. Unfortunately, they didn't have an opening to repair it for a couple days. Surprisingly, Leroy said he'd stop over on his way home from work. It turned out to be an easy fix and saved us from having to buy a new fridge. I would definitely recommend Central appliance, they'll for sure be our first call for any future appliance issues.

Awesome service. Second time we’ve needed an appliance repaired. This time it was the washing machine. Leroy diagnosed the problem right away and got the part within days. Great repair job and reasonable price!

I highly recommend Central Appliances, all of the staff from reception/sales and the technicians are very friendly and professional. This is a great place to find a good quality gently used appliance at a great price and to have any of your appliances serviced. Their technician went above and beyond to make a service call after hours when one of my appliances had an issue and I am beyond grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. Their customer service is excellent!
