I live in Calgary now, but I will always make the drive out to Red Deer for my Subie needs. No other car dealership can compare. Everyone at Scott Subaru is incredible. I have purchased three vehicles from this establishment and I have been impressed each time. Ryan King truly took the time to listen to my needs for each vehicle for the person I was purchasing it for. He goes above and beyond and made my experiences very positive. Carmen is so kind and explains everything clearly. She made it a very simple process. Incredible customer service, educated staff, and excellent professionalism. I will always recommend going to Scott Subaru!

We bought our first Subaru from Scott’s 4 years ago and since then between us and our friends and family members, we have gotten a total of 8 more! Not only is the Subaru an amazing make but the service and care from Scott’s is unreal. We usually buy from Ryan King and refer people to him but everyone we have dealt with from sales to service is excellent and has always treated us and those we know with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

We had a really wonderful experience with Scott Subaru and Clay.Actually, 4 months before I had talked with Subaru sales where I live about the new car, also send emails for information and help from them, but didn't receive sufficient and timely response. After that, no phone calls or emails from them. The experience was awful, I felt like they are not care about customer.Then 1 month ago, I thought to give a try with Scott Subaru. Turns out this is a perfect decision. I got a lot info and help from Clay, He is extremely patient and nice to me, he answered all my questions and concerns based on his rich experience. We are so lucky to get a 2024 Crosstreck at this time. Without Clay's help, at least we need to wait 6-8 months since the chip shortage.Most important thing is Scott Subaru not push customer to buy accessories, during the entire process no pressure on you. I'm willing to drive 2 hours to do business with such amazing sales and wonderful team.Thanks again.

I ordered my new Forester several months ago and had a great experience. Ryan King went above and beyond to make the process easy for me, even making me feel more than welcome when I had to bring my infant with me. I also felt really comfortable as a woman buying a vehicle, not once did he defer to my husband for anything. I was kept informed the entire wait for the new vehicle and am so happy with it. Service has also been excellent. One of my appointments I had a laptop with me and they offered me a desk to do some work at! Highly recommended them.

Bought my 2nd brand new Subaru from this dealership today. Sales (Ryan) was excellent to deal with and seemed to really understand my needs. Didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want and was very knowledgeable about the car. Financing was a breeze. I will continue to recommend Scott Subaru to anyone interested. We cannot say enough good things about this dealership and sales staff. We have leased 5 vehicles from Scott Subaru and our experience has always been positive and pleasant. Our salesman Adam goes above and beyond to make sure the process happens in an expedient fashion and our requirements are met. He, Ernesto and Ryan are wonderful to deal with and truly value our business and make sure you are aware of this. It's a usual review that is very positive for a business that ultimately you did not buy from, but hear me out. In late 2021, I ordered a new non-Subaru vehicle from a Calgary dealer. By January of 2023, its build date had been rescheduled 3 times, and there was still no firm delivery date. I had enough and went to Plan B as a backup.My adult daughter had had a very positive experience with Scott Subaru and the salesman Clayton Grenier, so we made the trip to Red Deer to look at an Outback XT. Mr. Grenier understood our situation and did an excellent job of showing the features of the Outback. We placed an order for one with a deposit. Unlike other dealerships, there was no markup over MSRP, which impressed me.A few weeks later, the original non-Subaru order came through (after 16 months!) and we canceled the Outback order. They were gracious and prompt at refunding the deposit. If you want a Subaru, by all means check them out.

I cannot say enough great things about Marielyne and our buying experience with Scott Subaru. Marielyne made this easily our best car-buying experience. She was patient with out myriad questions, super knowledgeable, and extremely communicative. We had to order and wait for our new Crosstrek and Marielyne kept us in the loop all the way along. There was absolutely no pressure along the way. The entire process was a pleasure. Our little adventure machine has already been out-back and played in the snow and dirt.
