Augusta Lawn Care of Burnaby

I've known the owner for a number of years and have seen his hard work in the lawn care industry. I don't currently live in his service area but based on his character, I have no doubt that Augusta is professionally managed with high standards! He's on top of things and down-to-earth so I'm sure he'd be responsive to any concerns or questions you have. Keep up the great work Max!!

This was the first time I used this company I highly recommend them very professional .The two young men I had worked very hard and courteous..Look forward to using them again.

i contacted this company back in june and ordered the service initially which i cancelled later same month.7 months later, the collection agency called me to collect 600$ for service i never received.i contacted Augusta to notify that probably by mistake or by misled they are trying to charge me for something that was never done. I also suggested that they should do internal investigation but my request was ignored.it is very bad organized business. first they though they completed the service which actually they did not, secondly they were not even interested in checking into the false charge, third they sent your case to collection.I am extremely disappointed!

I had some weeding done by Max Harwood. He was here for 2 days and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend him for your yard work!

Alberto and Akashi did a great job aerating my yard. They are super friendly and professional. The quality of their work is also amazing. I look forward to working with them as they perform more yard work for me this season.

The grass cutting work was neat and the worker Diego was very polite and thorough in making sure the driveway and sidewalks did not have cut grass residues. Am satisfied .

Be very careful dealing with this company. They are dishonest.I had Augusta Lawn Care of Burnaby come and perform lawn mowing service for a few weeks during the summer of 2022. One of the days landed on a statutory holiday, and their staff did not show up to mow the lawn. However, Augusta sent me an invoice even though they did not show up for work. I called the company to dispute and indicated that rendering payment for work not done doesn't make sense to me. I have multiple cameras from different providers, and all three providers did not record any lawn mowing done. I advised Augusta that their people should have shown up to do the work. Ultimately, I terminated the agreement with Augusta due to their lack of accountability. I paid all other invoices except for the one in dispute.Months later, I received a call from the collection company, and I explained that I was still waiting for a resolution from Augusta Lawn Care of Burnaby. I spoke with the collections fellow, and he suggested that I pay for the service as it was a statutory holiday and, thus, a paid holiday for workers. I advised the fellow that these were not my employees and that I would only pay for the service rendered. The conversation ended there.After a month, I checked my credit rating and Augusta via Xenith Lawn Care INC DBA AUGUS logged a bad credit rating.Be very cautious dealing with this company. You will regret it.+++I am adding to the review since I cannot reply to your response. As stated in my previous post, your staff should have shown up and performed work on the statutory holiday. I explained this when I called your office, and subsequent discussion was taken out of context when I sarcastically suggested that I pay for service not rendered.

COMPLETELY WRECKED OUR LAWN. THESE GUYS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING - THEY KEPT MOWING IN THE RAIN FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE AND KEPT IT SUPER SHORT, SHORTLY AFTER WHICH WE NOTICED ABNORMAL GROWTH (i.e. moss, problems we did NOT have before hiring them) AND HAD TO PAY MORE MONEY TO FIX THESE ISSUES. THEY DID NOT OFFER TO DO A THING ABOUT THE DAMAGE THEY DID AFTER CHARGING US FULLY. MY ADVICE - HIRE AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL!

Always answered my questions.( by email or phone ). Very easy to talk to. Enthusiastic workers. Worked as a team at all times. Okay price for power raking. Took grass/moss away in a timely fashion..

First time customer here. Alberto and Aakash were professional and courteous. They did a great job with the first cut of the season. Lawn looks good. Thank you Augusta.
