Regina's PET DEPOT

I love this place, they have fantastic service and the people who work there are zo knowledgeable and ready to help! We always go there for all of our dog's food and treats, and now we use their grooming services, which are great!

I had just recently visited the Pet Depot for the 1st time to take in my Kitty, Lou for a lion cut. She looked absolutely adorable when we picked her up and was such a great kitty that they have requested her back anytime. The groomer, Brian was amazing and so loving with my girl Lou. This was a huge relief as he made her feel so comfortable and cared for which made her visit so less stressful. Also Alex, the store manager was very knowledgeable and so helpful with all my concerns and questions for both the groomer and my Lou. The professionalism and customer care was amazing and I'd recommend all pet owners or people new to the pet life to visit this great group of staff. They made the entire experience awesome for this pet Mom. I will definitely be making all my future bookings with Brian and the great staff at Pet Depot. I can't thank you enough!!!

Staff were great. They went around offering to answer questions and help customers locate things, they were knowledgable about their products and the care needs of various pets. They dropped conversation between themselves immediately when approached at the till and prioritized the customer. They also made sure to inform me of other deals relating to my purchase and set me up for future savings.Store was clean and organized.Good pleasant experience.

First timer after always going across town to Petsmart. All I can say is we will be making Pet Depot our number 1 stop for all things pet. Their selection is vast with high end product, clean, animals in store look healthy and cared for. Their grooming salon is wonderful. They inquired about our dog’s traits and personality for his first appointment and truly cared for his well-being. Staff were all friendly and the prices are way more reasonable than the big box store. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

I normally get my dogs groomed here and the groomer is fantastic. But this time had to go with someone new.He did his best but dogs were not trimmed well still had lots of hair not cut short enough. And cut my dogs pad on her paw with scissors. She has been not her self since we got home. Definitely going with our regular groomer next time..

The Pet Store once again discontinued a Cat Food that I have been buying. When asked why, the answer was that the pet food had unhealthy ingredients like grains and rice. Hmmm, but you have at least two other cat food products on your shelves with those ingredients why didn't you pull those products? Is it unhealthy or isn't it? Why are you selling them in the first place then? The real reason was the price increase but say That, don't lie to me. The owner raised his voice at me during the discussion because he didn't like being called out on his inconsistency. I will never return to that store. I've been a customer for 9 years. Customer Service is Dead.One of your most expensive brands on the shelf also contains Rice so the excuse that those fillers are for those unwilling to pay the higher price also does not hold up to scrutiny.I would have been more open to listen to you back pedal on your story until you started to raise your voice - you think that's customer service?I switched to the brand in question after your store stopped carrying Royal Cannin for the same unhealthy fillers based your your staff's recommendation and now that's your excuse again today when we spoke, so why should I trust your next recommendation? That's why I refused the free bag of cat food.

Been a loyal customer for a while now only purchasing my animal food from here. Had issues returning the food that smelt rotten and my little one would not eat. I was questioned making me feel like I was in the wrong even though they “guarantee” to return the product if the dog doesn’t do well on it. My guy has severe allergies so I need to be able to return if he fails on the food. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store a month, not anymore! Support local? Not if they don’t support their product they carry!!

I adopted 2 kittens from here, Alistair(Ali) and Asher. I love them so much even when they tear the toilet paper and dig through my trash. Asher also sleeps in what looks like the most uncomfortable positions.

I used to love going to this store because of the staff and the location but not anymore. They rarely have my dogs kibble stocked and they are never able to tell me when it will be in so I guess all my business will have to go back to Cowtown.

I have been here over and over again and I have not once had a negative experience here. The staff are all ridiculously knowledgable and you can tell there is a lot of respect between them and each other and the customers. They have great products and I always feel confident I'm getting quality food and treats for my pets
