I have been going there for years and I always had great experiences with them. They do charge a little high for their service, but they do know what they are doing there. I would definitely recommend H&R Block.

I guess nobody told them the mask mandate is over.Il do my taxes somewhere else before I sit there with a face diaper on that’s been proven to be completely ineffective

10 years using hnr block.. never again.. charged 179 dollars and told 5 to 7 weeks for my return. Two years straight had a discrepancy with my return. They show me my total return amount, leave the cubicle and come back and tell me sorry slight decrease and the new return is 800 dollars less with very little explanation other than how would you like to pay today?""

Terrible experience here.2018 was my first year filing as an independent contractor.I was late on my taxes and I needed them done by a professional who was well-informed. I had no idea what I was doing and I needed guidance. I figured if I went to h&r Block I would receive professional help.I was deeply mistaken.The woman I worked with there made me feel extremely stupid and incompetent, scoffed at my lack of knowledge multiple times, laughed at some questions I asked as if I was an idiot.even at one point saying, and I quote you really need to be more organized next time it's a real headache for us."When we first sat down they basically told me I would need to return with some slips or pieces of info that I did not have with me

Disclosure about fees and charges on getting an offer is not shared and offered me a card that does not work at all. Only sweet talk. Won't come back again.
