St. Claude Veterinary Clinic

We drive one hour to visit Dr. Prejet and she is the best! She is thorough and gentle and explains everything to us so we know exactly what to expect. the staff is excellent. Our puppy is so calm and content at the clinic. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Not my regular clinic but we had an emergency with a collapsed 2 month old kitten, called around 11 a.m and got put on hold for over 15 minutes, eventually someone answered and took down all our information including what’s wrong with the kitten and our phone number, then mid conversation hung up. Figured it was a mistake so called back, was on hold for another 15-20 minutes before it hung up on me without even talking to anybody. Had to drive over an hour away and the kitten died in my backseat 10 minutes away from the clinic that answered. They eventually called back at 2:30 p.m meanwhile the baby was long gone by 12. I’d like to say she’d still be alive if they had answered us but I never even got to know what was wrong with her.

Can’t say enough about this clinic. We have had a few after hours call outs with our pets and they are fantastic to deal with and always accommodate us! And give our pups the best care! Thanks for being there!

it was an hour drive, which i didn't mind as one of my friend suggested me this place. The receptionist was an old grumpy lady, who rolled her eyes and was making weird faces when we asked her if we can book an appointment. please have someone professional at the front. She gave us attitude and didn't reply to us when we asked her the availability. Worst experience ever!

Have had 3 different veterinarians at this establishment and all 3 of them have been awesome. My puppy was scratching his neck a lot and the vet noticed right away that it was an allergic reaction to his collar. Had another incident where my dog threw up and was gagging and sneezing and coughing and was very concerned. The tech phoned me back immediately and was able to provide some advice. Was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue taking my pet here.

We have been dealing with St Claude Vet Clinic for years. Dr. Marc and his staff are always so kind and compassionate and have the utmost patience. We use both their small animal and large animal services and can't recommend them enough.

Our local vet was not open on a weekend. They were able to see our cat and operate on a Sunday night. Terrific communication. Awesome staff. Highly recommended. We confined with them for years and also gave our dog the best possible care. If I could give 1000 ⭐️ I would. Hands down best vet clinic

They took us in on short notice despite being fully booked and after a long weekend. I like that they refer to my cat by his name and not just the animal or something like that; it seems they genuinely like animals and are concerned when they're unwell. I heard about this place from friends and I would definitely recommend. (If I could give more than 5 stars I would)

Our dog is getting older and is having mobility issues. Dr Petra has been excellent is providing loving, caring time with us and our pet. She has offered suggestions and assistance in making our pet more comfortable. She or other staff phone us for follow up to ensure treatment is working as hoped. Despite that we live in a different community and have a 35 minute drive to St Claude, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughter has been to this clinic before but this was my first time. The Vet and staff are very kind, considerate, accommodating and thorough! I would highly recommend the St. Claude Veterinary Clinic.
