My husband bought me a bouquet for my birthday. It was beautiful, but by the third day, the flowers were all wilting, including the roses. When he called to express his disappointment, the manager was incredibly dismissive. He was told their flowers are delicate and only expected to last three days. This is not something we've seen or heard from any other florist, even with similar arrangements. If you're planning to purchase flowers from Swish, this is something to consider-- there is little enjoyment to be had from one of their delicate" bouquets. We will be looking for another local florist."

Lara from Swish created my bridal bouquet and boutonniere for me and it turned out lovely. It was IDENTICAL to the Pinterest “inspiration” picture I shared with her. She got the exact colour of rose I was looking for and incorporated the eucalyptus leaves like we requested. It was a beautiful bouquet! Our wedding was outside and the bouquet held up really well -- we had only 1 flower droop out of the bunch (it unfortunately snuck its way into a few pictures and video shots before we noticed it and removed it from the bouquet) but other than that the arrangement was beautiful and sturdy! Would definitely recommend!

The most beautiful florals. A wide selection of complimentary gifts available. Staff are all amazing to deal with. Convenient location within Riverbend. A little pricy, but they never disappoint.

I love this place! Honestly Swish has become my go to for buying gifts for those people that you have no idea what to get. They always have such cool stuff that you don’t see in other stores in Edmonton - which I love.The quality of flowers goes without saying. Their reputation for creative and beautiful arrangements remains true to this day. Given the level of personalized service you get when ordering, I really don’t see myself trying anywhere else anytime soon.

I live in Calgary and ordered flowers to be delivered in Edmonton. The process was so easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I provided an example of the type of bouquet I wanted, and what they created was absolutely stunning. The delivery charge of $20 is a little expensive for within the city, but otherwise everything was great. I would highly recommend!

This store has an amazing selection of gifts and seem to have a large selection of flowers, can’t stress that enough!Kim provided me with great service from the beginning of me calling into the store till the very end upon me picking up my flowers.Only reason I am giving 1 star is because for the absolute costly price tag for the flowers I paid for, I was very underwhelmed, the flowers started dying immediately after 1 day which was super shocking.A lot of the items in the store are on the higher price point which I really don’t understand why. I purchased a chocolate bar as well for a step price and was again very disappointed for what I paid for.Overall I personally don’t believe the price point is worth it for anything that you can get in this store.You’re very much better going anywhere else and paying a fraction for literally the exact same items and also maybe better flower quality. Just my honest opinion.But the service is amazing from the workers!

I am awed by the shopping experience as well as the items that swish carries. First the inventory especially concerning body and facial care is to die for. I also love love love the flower arrangements they sell each day to customers. The staff is so sweet and it really feels like your being taken care of at the store! Overall a high quality shopping experience!! Edmonton truly is on the up and up with stores like this opening up!
