What a fun experience! It's pretty trippy going to a store and talking pot with a sales rep, joking about taking too many edibles, but beyond that it was also just a great customer service experience.The lady I worked with was personable and knowledgeable. She approached me and was able to take my order on the spot while I looked at gummies and chocolate. She sent the order to behind the scenes staff to prepare while I continued to browse (none of the product is directly accessible to customers, of course). When I got to the check out, they combined my order with what I browsed for seamlessly and packed it nicely in a few minutes. It was very busy by then, so there was a small line, but staff didn't seem phased.The range of products was very impressive, and it was laid out in a fantastically accessible way, so that I could make an informed choice despite a limited knowledge of the brands.Everything was packaged in child-safe packages, marked with packaging dates that indicated all the product was less than three weeks old, a level of product control I only could have dreamed of. Opening the cannabis flower I bought, it was incredibly fresh and smelled great!It wasn't cheap, but you can't put a price in quality control like this!

I came here to pick up for someone else who is recovering from surgery. I was really impressed by the cleanliness and good feeling as soon as I walked into the store. The staff was very friendly organized informative and very helpful. Over-all a really good experience.

Been a patron of this particular TS location for almost 3 years now, service has always been excellent. Staff is friendly and eager to help, orders placed and ready for pickup very quickly. This location stands out from all other Tokyo Smoke stores I’ve been to!

Left standing at the door for an extended period of time with no one who would let me in passed the entry. I get you have one other customer in the store that you’re helping, but a simple “excuse me while I let this person in” would have done the trick so that no one is left feeling ignored. I walked out, I’ll take my business else where. With all the dispensaries popping up, the only way you’ll separate yourself is by offering better service.

Nice shop but it was far from even a good experience... so to start. I had made my purchase and left believing everything was done properly checked my package and realized i was shorted on my edibles go back in to the store and after 10-15 mins of waiting i was finally given what i paid for. after another trip home i unpack everything and realize the high CBD flower i requested is all THC and absolutely 0 CBD (not worth my time to go back) and finally checking prices on all products here is a must as the vape carts i bought where more then if i just ordered on OCS and just got it sent to my house. Unfortunately i will not be a repeat customer after this experience. !!!!UPDATE!!!! my receipt states i purchased 2 different redican vape carts to realize i was not sold the 510 thread .5ml carts i was charged for....i instead was given 2 self contained units with only .35ml of product...i have called the business and have been told i can not return any product that has been opened....if you guys cant hand me the correct product then how to you expect me to know without opening it.....this shop has been unbelievably unprofessional and is absolutely no help and will not own up to an entire order of mistakes.my invoice number is - IN6SR7-12H3LFC - SOLD BY CONNIE P.THE MANAGER/ASSISTANT (RALF) ARE THE ONES WHO TOLD ME I CANNOT RETURN MY PRODUCT FOR THE PRODUCT I WAS PROMISEDFinal update: i went to the store in person and talked to the manager (isn't Ralf as mentioned earlier) who thankfully was involved in my original purchase and she was extremely helpful and has taken back both of the incorrect vape products and refunded my incorrect flower. I feel if she wasnt originally involved i may been dead in the water.. 3 stars for getting what i paid for.
