Adam Pope and his team where extremely professional and their experience dealing with the local community really shows.Adam himself returned my call on a Sunday which really was awesome! The booked me in for my plumbing needs super fast and the plumber “David” was super kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable.He had my sink completely hooked up in no time and man it was such a clean and neat job.Super friendly, people oriented team.Awesome! We’ve been using Mike pope plumbing for the last year or so on a multitude of projects and they have been extremely reliable, done quality work and been a pleasure to deal with.

We have been very fortunate to have dealt with Mike Pope plumbing for many years. They did another job for us last week and as usual it was excellent. The staff are all very professional very friendly and courteous. They always do a wonderful job and we're always very pleased with their work!!!

Wow! What a great experience! John came today to diagnose a reoccurring problem I’m having with my shower. He took the time to evaluate what the problem was and was able to come to a solution. He was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to show me what to look for as a new homeowner. Thank you so much for your help, John!

First time posting a review ever! Three words to describe John: calm, professional, capable.The clog took a second trip (same day which was awesome) to fully snake the line, but I'm very happy with the service. I give an extra thanks to John for the counseling of a different kind - some peace of mindI cannot comment on the billing as I haven't received it yet, however the rough price given over the phone was more reasonable than a competitor rootering company.

I had a plastic drain snake break off in my shower drain trying to clear a clog, they showed up the next day and retrieved the broken snake and cleared the clog within 20 minutes of showing up. They even offered some tips and recommened a tool to use if it happens again. They will be my first call the next time I need any plumbing help. 100% recommend.I can’t comment on value as I am waiting on an invoice.

I'm not a fan of writing reviews, but after expressing dissatisfaction with the company without any resolution here I am.We needed a hose replacement for our kitchen faucet. They weren't able to give us details of the hose we needed to purchase beforehand.We felt lucky that the plumber had the right part on hand and could do the repair. Unfortunately they charged us $85(!) for a part that costs $24.98 on Amazon and $55.60 on the Moen website.

Short version: Friendly, prompt, professional, and got the job done.I called shortly before noon regarding a non-emergency. The person who took my call was very efficient and professional.Our plumber John showed up a few hours after the call. He was very friendly and courteous. He was even willing to put on a mask and he took off his shoes when entering. The problem was quickly identified, fixed. and explained to us in simple terms.Given we recently moved to our location, he also took the time to verify the locations of key water controls/valves and explain what to do in certain scenarios. He had infinite patience for our endless questions and never seemed irritated by them. We will definitely use Mike Pope Plumbing and Heating again and highly recommend them. John is good at what he does and we were thrilled with the friendly service he provided.I can't speak to value as of yet as I have not yet received the invoice.

Very grateful to Neil for fixing a problem I'd had for some months with my water heater being constantly noisy as it was draining incorrectly (and also backing up a sewer odor). Neil did a clean, tidy and efficient job, explained everything he did, and it's been done right! I've been sleeping soundly for the first time in months. I highly recommend Mike Pope Plumbing!
