This is John Harvey's Autodody admission of guilt on July 15, 2022 in a text message to me. He said he could take the door dings out of our Audi TT and guaranteed it would look like new. He didn't have the gall to face us with the mess of the car. He left the car in the parking lot and ran. We had no idea he had returned it until returning from work there it was in guest parking sitting there with what looked like a different color door from a junk yard. Six weeks have gone by & no contact to correct his wrong.JOHN HARVEY'S TEXT BELOW RECRIVED JUNE 15, 2022I have been on numerous calls about the paint. Spoke with my supplier, also the rep for omni. Sent all of them similar pictures of what has happened. They are supposed to find out not only why the paint didn't lay flat but why the color is so off. After seeing there was a worse effect after adding additional secondary (mid coat). I stopped everything. I never recleared the spoiler, or fixed any issues at that time I needed to find a solution. I can completely understand what your saying and I don't expect you to have to live with this. My intentions were to get the answer to not only why, but what I can do to fix. I'm no novice. Done hundreds of cars and unfortunately this is a rare circumstance. I am prepared to fix everything you discussed if given the opportunity. Before receiving this message I was planning on getting the answer from supplier, doing multiple spray outs on sample tins. Find out what matches exactly then repaint. Again I understand if your faith in me has diminished I know I can make this perfect if given the opportunity. If not then yes refund without question. Paint given to me in can I'm relying on getting the right product. Issues with not being smooth are because no polishing I just stopped everything..Spoiler would have been proper had I cleared it, everything else would have also been dealt with. I was on plane at 8am this morning multiple calls I assure you I was very upset and deeply concerned.Phone not plane. Also rushing to meet deadline on the ford I have been working straight out. Too top it all before the TT was returned we had referred a friends young daughter who's in university and need a car autobidy repair.Ger Mom paid the bill via etransfer. Then on July 13th she accidentally sent John Harvey $75O instead of her daughter's landlord John for her rent. My friend sent him an email explaining the error but he choose not to respond. She called and he hung up on her.JOHN HARVEY IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD BUT ALSO A THIEF.
