We had a break down with a freezer side door on our built in refri.The manufacturer and any and all parts supplier had no parts to rectify the hinge issue with either being out of business or product no longer available.In discussion with Alex he was very helpful and suggested a foundry or Die company may help.This suggestion was not only helpful but led to our sourcing a machinist who fabricated the necessary part.Low cost, low stress and the built in unit is as good as new"Many thanks to Alex.John C. We had a pleasant experience with SAA: we ordered an over-the-range microwave oven from Lowes early in September 2021. The SAA technicians came to install it but during installation they accidentally damaged our range beyond repair.SAA (Abe) courteously dealt with the situation by ordering a new range from a couple of options that they provided us, and brought in a loaner range the next day for us to use while we were waiting for the order.because of COVID-19 supply shortage, the order got delayed but SAA were following up and updated us all along. they brought in the new range and installed it as soon as it was delivered to them.we are very thankful to SAA, especially Abe, for their great service and professionalism.

Igor just came to our home to figure out why our brand new refrigerator/freezer wasn't working, and his service was top notch! He was kind, professional, answered all of my questions, explained things to me in detail… I feel very good about the customer service and care he provided. Thank you!

This is the best company I used for my appliance repair, they fixed my stove, freezer and dishwasher and they work now as if its new. Professional, honest, prompt, courteous, respectful, affordable, responsive, COVID protocols, what more could you ask for in a service company these days. Top notch five star service. The technician was here right on time this morning, he left the place tidy, wore shoe covers and appropriate PPE and explained the issues clearly. I would definitely recommend!!!

Igor shows up before 8:00am. He opens my dishwasher, pulls out the bottom rack and then says to my son, you will have to let the dry cycle run longer. Now the machine is programmed by Whirlpool or at least I believe so. I believe that he should be able to do something about it it more than to say, oh let the dry cycle run longer. How the heck am I to change the electronics module in the dishwasher??? This guy was to say the least NOT SMART. HE DID NOT DO even a half way decent job. Then you try to call these people and you get stuck in a voice message circle and can't talk to a human. I WILLNEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANY REASON. I WILL REPORT THIS TO WHIRLPOOL.

I had just ordered a new oven as mine was getting old.The heating element stopped working on the old one and as the new one wasn't scedualed to arrive until September, I called SAA.After examining my stove I was told that the job to replace the element would cost close to $400.$150 for the part and the rest being labour (I was told the back of the oven needed to be opened up in order to fix it)I found this to be extremely high to replace 1 part so I payed the $100 service call and declined getting it fixed.The next day I asked a friend and he told me all that I needed to do was take 2 screws out from the inside, unplug the element, and plug in the new one.After visiting a few appliance stores I found the correct heating element which cost only $60.I understand that businesses need to charge a little more but I feel this experience wasn't right and has turned me away from supporting repair businesses.I'm more then willing to pay a fair price for work but I feel I would of been taken advantage of had I gone through with it.I hope this business reviews its costing for future customers.

Igor installed our new dishwasher and range hood. My husband and I were very pleased with his work because he took the time to complete his jobs with precision and care. Amazing service. He was here when he said he would be. He fixed the problem, explained the problem and the fix. Igor was fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.

Completely incompetent and rude. They were here 5 times... and my machine still doesn't work. The manager, Abe, yelled at me saying it was working (as I took a video of the machine not working).

I have called multiple times to arrange a repair for my fridge. I am still am waiting on a reply. I went to work 3 weeks ago and came home to a notice that a technician has come for a repair, but I was not informed I had an appointment and was working through the day. This is how I know my parts have come in. There is no communication from anybody. Super frustrating. I have sent 6 messages on their website requesting a call back. Nothing.
