Unfriendly cliquey" staff selling over priced items that dont always hold up to what they say it will and than wont help with exchange or refund. Its supposed to be pet valu not "prissy smalltown valu"."

Great pet friendly place to shop for your 4 legged friend. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Pet Value is also a big supporter and sponsor of the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides. Our son has a service dog through the Lions Foundation. So by shopping their your also helping people live better lives in the community with disabilities.

My review is one star, but only because I can’t give 0 stars. Manager(Lisa) is absolutely insane. After calling about an adoption clinic I was promptly harassed by the manager and HOTN with 14 blocked calls. Reported to corporate and district manager(Jennifer) and no action will be taken. Obviously it’s okay to hand out someone’s phone number and harass them with calls and messages. Would not recommend.

Knowledgeable and amazing staff that will go above and beyond to help pets needs. With great products that have significantly improved my pets overall health. They also do SO much for local rescues and animals in need! Overall a great location, I would recommend to any pet parent!

This location is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The manager Courtney was super helpful and provided me with great information to help me with my cats specific dietary needs. Best pet store around, paws down ;)
