Went in and they didn't have the item I wanted, which was advertised as a sale item. The store offered to order it in and said they would honour the sale price. Earned my business with that offer.Great store, friendly and helpful employees.

Excellent customer service. I placed phone orders 3 times in a span of 2 days, and all 3 times I was able to pick up and pay for my order within 5 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.

Lots of friendly staff ready to help you get your projects on the go. Construction lumber is also straight and dry. A rare treat these days.

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I ordered items that were not in stock but they arrived quickly & I was informed by the staff in a friendly manner. Prices are reasonable and many items are lower than local competitors. This is our go-to hardware store & will continue to be so.

Updating my experience as it's just gotten worse and worse. I understand we are in a pandemic but I've never had any issues with curbside until I moved to sturgeon falls and had to call a few times for orders. It often takes 15-20 Calls just to get through to someone and when someone finally does decide to answer the phone they ask for your name and number and don't call you back.. how you place an order with these people I have no clue. But I've chosen to take the drive to north bay as I have never had a bad experience with them. Seriously hire some people or fix your system. Instead of asking for my name Maybe get my order that would take 2 minutes to grab and call me back. Why make me wait a whole day to call just to call again. Absurd.
