at 6:15pm, on December 18, 2017. This female employee of your facility was trying to deliver a parcel to my house. She pounded on my door so hard almost like trying to knock the door down!!! absolutely rude and very impolite. When we ran to open the door and she came back to the door after she had assumed no one home, I told her that she should not have had to pound on the door so hard, she stared at me with a very unfriendly and angry attitude... This one should get some training on customer service, otherwise, she is damage your company's reputation of good customer services.

I asked my sister to send an important package for me and directed her to go to this location. An employee named Dipen was rude and unnecessarily critical about what she was sending. Furthermore, he was impatient despite the fact that she was the only customer in the store at the time. I would suggest UPS hire people who don’t clearly hate their jobs the way Dipen appears to hate his job.

I paid (in my opinion) a lot of money to send a small package from Kamloops to Vancouver and was assured it would arrive by the following business day. They keyed an incorrect postal code into their computers and now the package won’t arrive on time. For the high amount of money to send something so short a distance, I expect it to be reliable. Disappointed.Update: the location has emailed their regrets and told me they hope I understand that errors happen (especially over the holiday season). I appreciate that they have taken the time to send me a message but the package is still yet to arrive.Second Update: the package has arrived (better late than never).

New staff are pleasant but completely out of their depth. It took FAR too long to ship box to US even though I had completely the required forms before going to the store. The parcel went by fasted route and was held up 3 times for clarification during its journey.The staff need more training/ supervision.The former manager who ran a superbly efficient service seems to have left.

Here we go again with UPS lost package. I dropped the large package on 18 Jan 2023 for return to Amazon. Jan20th a label was created by UPS. As of today 25th Jan. nothing further. I've phoned several different UPS contact numbers and no department knows anything the final one putting me on hold and then hang up. This is a very expensive item and has a return expiration date in a few days. I'm very upset!!! Someone phone me please!!!Update - Fortunately I took photos of the parcel showing the tracking number and have been able to track the item. Which confirms it has been sent and is on it's way. Hope it arrives in time.The parcel I sent via UPS refused to print me a receipt instead said they would send it via email and it would arrive in a couple of hours. The clerks reason was due to the pandemic. It's been18 hours and I still haven't received the email. It was extremely important to have this proof of shipping as I only had 5 days in which to return the item which valued at $150.+.

Jasereed provided professional packing of my shipment. The box was well fortified and the items, including a framed picture arrived on time in perfect condition. Responsive service and well priced for the high level of professional packing and shipping services provided. Impressive!
