Eric is one of the kindest people you will ever meet. His Yoga practice is thoughtful, respectful, and intentional. Over the years that I have known him, I have noticed that he curates his classes to the needs of the individuals that come to see him. I always feel amazing after a session.

First time I have ever left a review for any business. Eric deserves a 5 star! I am new to yoga and Eric made my first few classes fun, enjoyable while providing an incredible amount of instruction. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced I highly recommend his classes!

Eric is my all time favourite yoga teacher!! I have been lucky enough to practice with Eric for a few years and every single class is new and amazing. And don’t forget about Renee!! Her knowledge of the body is SO evident, she helps raise your body awareness so much. I love this studio and these people. Whether you have practiced yoga for years or this is your first time, I couldn’t recommend Shakti Rhythm enough
