Very friendly enviroment

Nasty females work there - avoid at all costs. I will drive clear across Canada to avoid dealing with the smarmy, smirky, and absolute garbage attitude from these females. They do not deserve the title of ladies because they do not act as such. Ignorant and rude to the hilt and I have witnesses to this experience. As public servants they are accountable to the public and they have clearly forgotten who is the servant in this relationship. They have allowed their minimal amount of “power” flood their brains completely. I will say that one woman was somewhat friendlier than the other. They also take lunch at the same time leaving the branch closed which is unacceptable. I will be addressing all my concerns and seeking redress from my government after the stressful encounter which was instigated by the employees at this SNB in Chipman NB. If you thought you were off the hook after your disgusting behaviour you are sorely mistaken. I am putting in motion my grievance and there will coaching provided at a minimum. I deal with anxiety problems and the fact that two of your female staff took delight in our dilemma is disgusting. All I can figure is it must be some boring place in Chipman if this was it takes to satisfy the toxic supply for these particular public servants whose names I will be submitting to SNB for follow up. You will respect people going forward and learn to control your psychopathic behaviour and do the job you are paid to do by the public for the public. Perhaps I can help shed light on what customer service is since I have experience in the public sector myself. I’ll never go to this SNB again and neither should anyone else - drive the distance to Fredericton. Pathetic.

The place that gives out drivers licences doesn't accept drivers licences as ID... Stunningly brilliant.

Terrible attitudes. I'm new to the province (from Ontario) and the associate wasn't kind or helpful.. she tossed a piece of paper at me, told me I needed a passport, and walked away. It doesn't make any sense to me why a license and proof of residence isn't sufficient information to switch a license to another province.Maybe a class on customer service would help the associate help newcomers feel a little more welcome.
