I went for a bowl of soup. One employee almost blew his top because he gave me the wrong soup. Then I asked for a small serving. I honestly thought he was going to throw the soup at me. Most disrespectful employee I have encountered at this establishment. EVER! The majority of other employees have been respectful.I did however, encourage them to enjoy this beautiful day.

I stopped in just before lunch, ordered a 6 inch cold cut. The staff tried to use a dried out piece of meat for the sandwich. They tried to turn it over so I would not see them using it. I had to ask them to use another piece of meat for my sandwich. When I completed their survey as per the receipt. They offered to give me a free sandwich. Have been waiting for weeks. They said they wanted to make up for it, but no action. Poor business practices.

The sandwich artists at this location are great! When I ask for spicy, I get spicy! The veggies are fresh. When they had table service, the eating area was always in order and clean.

Everytime I try to give another chance at online ordering I get disappointed! My sandwich is never what I order.... And the veggies aren't that fresh :( for the price you pay for a sandwich you'd hope to get lots (they barely put lettuce on it) of fresh veggies... Doesn't happen here

The best customer service I've seen in a long timeThese guys are polite fast and food is great!But it is so hot in there I don't know if the air conditioner is broken or what but don't go!
