One day our 13 year old Whirlpool Duet" front loader washing machine started making some big clunking noises. Eventually we found the diagnosis pointed to getting a new machine. So we did. Once we decided to get a into action about this we found Fred at County Appliance who very quickly helped us with finding a new washing machine to fit on our old pedestal. Within 4 hours we were washing clothes again! The old washing machine had been taken away and we were happy that everything was taken care of. Also

Where do I start? I ordered an appliance in March. End of July…still nothing. I know it’s Covid and everything but that is not the issue here. The communication with the store was ridiculous.Calls were never returned. Promised dates were set and not kept. At one point because they weren’t answering the phone I went over to their store. Their website said it was open Saturday mornings. Guess what, it wasn’t and I drove across town for nothing.

Phyllis Pidoux- Excellent sales advice, came to my house to make sure I had enough space available for the washer and dryer. Very pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very careful removing the old machines and installing the two new ones. I will be definitely be a repeat customer :)

I have been waiting six months for my fridge Danby fridge to be ordered and delivered by COUNTY APPLIANCES here in North York,Doug the owner as nice as he is and he's been helpful to both of my families but for some reason keeps forgetting or doesn't want to do it. But he won't say so so i don't know what else to do. he gave me a loaner fridge which I had to pay $747 far as a loaner and I have the receipt for the cash paid. it's still sitting here I can't really use it it's too short for me I've fallen down 3 x and I still can't see the shelves with it sitting right on the floor So it has caused me to fall a few times at age 73 that's not really good. I have called multiple times weekly and every other other week for almost all of these six months. I've called Danby and they said he's the one that hast to order it. And apparently they don't

Prices were amazing and the service was outstanding we drove from Erin to Toronto for a washing machine because of the price and the owner even helped me load it
