I have a 2 year old Caucasian shepherd with an attitude problem. The Doctor and staff new exactly how to handle him and I was amazed how everything went so smoothly. The fee's are very reasonable

When I moved to Hamilton I didn’t know any very service. I went with Rockland because of the reviews. I am so pleased with the service. They really care about my cat. My cat has a urinary condition and Rockland has gone above and Beyond and expectations. They very much care for the well-being of my cat.

They are quick, prompt and professional. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. This is a small clinic - they go the distance with customer service and ensuring my pet is healthy. There is curbside care. Your pet is picked up from the car and payment is done in the car.My pet had her shots done and an exam. I didn't get to meet the veterinarian in person. A full report on paper was given to me along with a sample of dog food.This is the 2nd visit, earlier this year my pup skinned her paws. They were able to take her in without a huge cost for the exam. The assessment and advice given were very reasonable and they didn't try to push unnecessary medications or bandages. She healed up just fine.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the plaza is under renovations and it is difficult to navigate (not their fault - it's their property management company). The lines in the parking lot are barely visible and it's quite tight to make turns to get in and out of parking spots. Albeit, parking is free.

I cannot possibly say enough good things about this office. We had our first visit today and our American bulldog is not a fan of men, so we were very pleased to see 3 women working there. The receptionist was lovely, the vet tech was lovely and the vet was lovely. We felt so great coming in and leaving and Frank didn't even know he has two needles haha! Would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Thank you all so much.

First time visiting was great they provided us with our dogs meds $285 for 6 month supply. Now they are price gouging and charging us 145$ a month plus $15 month service charge. Get they have to make money but making this much off us is criminal.

Totally disappointed in their service.. I was lied to by a staff member about a product I had ordered. She said I never ordered the product but I 100% know I did. It was a cremation item for my pet. It was the way she handled it that was totally sad, because she twisted the story and lied to me, so much so, that I will never go back there again. Having another staff member come out to ask if she was ok when I just got there was also a totally unprofessional way to deal with this matter, I saw it all for what it was. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I have been going there off and on for years but they have really gone down hill and I have at this point lost my trust in them and their service ethics are 1/10.

They are fantastic. Got my new cat neutered, went very smoothly. Pricing is fair and reasonable. They also care for my diabetic dog at a fraction of the cost of other places. Just a nice old fashioned style vet clinic that cares.
