Bought a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and stove and the salesman was very helpful… HOWEVER, today we had the appliances delivered and the men who came to delivery were absolutely filthy and left black marks on all of our white walls (brand new place). When my husband asked them to be careful and showed them they left marks, they looked at their hands, showed them to my husband and they were black with DIRT and shrugged. They dropped the appliances and said “see you later” and my husband stopped them and said “we paid for installation”. They were super confused and said they had to go back to their car to check something. They came back and confirmed we did pay for installation which we already knew. After they left, we realised they did not install the washing machine properly, not connecting the drainage pipe, meaning water would go absolutely everywhere. They also did not install the feet on the dryer and dragged it into the closet SCRATCHING the floors! When we called the installation company that Corbeil partnered with, they said they couldn’t do anything (even though it was their guys) and said to call Corbeil back. Corbeil employee said there wasn’t a manager in the store so they did not have the authority to call the installation company and get them to come back and fix their mistakes. We have now been on hold with the Corbeil complaint line for over 2 hours. After 1.5 they HUNG UP on us. We’ve now been on hold for another 45 mins. The service has been absolutely disgusting and I would definitely not recommend unless you love a circus.

Essentially, they were okay taking advantage of an elderly customer, cannot communicate effectively enough to be well understood, have no common sense with regards to delivery time and location changes, and are not interested in customer service by correcting errors they have a role in. Specifically, their communication skills are seriously lacking. Despite having specified a delivery date about 6 weeks after purchase (due to waiting to move to a new apartment) they called 1 week later to deliver the item. They spoke to my elderly father who didn’t understand what was happening, partly because the person on the phone was very difficult to understand and did not explain himself well (I also had difficulty understanding him.) They then delivered the item the next day to the old apartment (ie not the delivery address we had specified at time of purchase.) When I called to tell them, they refused to correct their mistake except for a fee. They would not acknowledge that any of it was their fault and had no interest in maintaining good customer relations.

Staff let us course on our own and helpful when needed. Found a beautiful range stove. They have nice options than department stores, and good warranty option ...at Corbeil!!

Very helpful staff. We replaced a fridge within minutes including getting delivery set up.

We choose a bed from this company because the one we wanted was not available in another company. The day of the delivery we received a call saying that they did not had the bed and that they will call us. After a week without answer we contacted the sales representative, after 3 days without an answer we called again the sales representative to ask for a reimbursement what she answer was that the company does not does reimbursement and that we were very impatient.

Purchased a Washer & Dryer set with the matching Pedestals XHPC155YC on December 27th 2022. One of the Pedestals was Back Order and was 20 business days for delivery. So I was expected delivery late January or early February but no. I would have to wait for another while as they have no visual of when the Pedestals will get to me. I could of bought it elsewhere the same day if they would of been honest from the get go. I've missed out on a Boxing week discount from the other store and now I have to pay the full retail price to have it delivered this Saturday.Frustrating.On the other hand, the Maytag product is awesome, the delivery guys were great, but the instore personnel and how my purchase was dealt with is far from acceptable.Last purchase ever at Corbeil.

Excellent experience buying appliances from Corbeil. From sales to delivery it was easy and seamless.

Marc Andre helped me when a different company mislead me and my husband on a delivery date and issues. He helped me get the dryer I wanted ,help make the arrangements for the day I wanted it delivered and got it yesterday and they came an hr earlier then expected and was transparent during the whole process.They are the best in appliances and I will return for any other appliances .They are not pushy rude or any thing.
