Placed an order and was not received. When we called to inquire we were given an excuse as to why. When I asked if anybody had intentions of updating us the representative would not let me speak and ultimately yelled at me and hung up on me. As a loyal customer for 10 years, we expect some level of service, accountability and respect. This behaviour was unprofessional and a disgrace to a long standing business relationship. --NICO Warehouse
