We called ahead of time for a grooming for our dog and let them know she did not have a rabies shot yet (it’s scheduled to be done in a couple of weeks for when she’s 6 months old). They said that was okay and she wouldn’t need it because of her age. After driving an hour to the location they said they would not take her in because she didn’t have her rabies shot and some vets do it at 4 months.They should have knowledgeable people answering the phone, they shouldn’t be saying one thing on the phone and something completely different in person. What a waste of 2 hours driving.

Always like bringing my dog here to get supplies. They got a really good selection of dog food which is good to give my dog some variety.Toys and clothing are fun but always sold out fast. I guess people in the area really love their pets.Employees are always happy and really try to help. Not lazy and just give you the runaround as in other big box stores.

Employee with red hair and facial piercings in fish department was really rude and just generally condescending. Not helpful just thinks they're better than you. Petsmart's not worth it, go to Petland.

The most friendly staff greeted us upon entering the store & the environment is so refreshing! The store is very clean, organized & bright, everything area is labeled & there is just so much going on, it's like a wonderland for families like mine that are pet owners and lovers!

I live outside of Winnipeg and drive in to get dog food for my 2 dogs. Quite often they have only 1 bag or no bags of my dogs food. quite a pain when you drive over an hour to purchase it bi-weekly. Staff are friendly!

I have usually enjoyed going here because I could find what I want, but now it seems their inventory isn't nearly as good. Decided that order from a different place online as at least I can do me the products.

Unbelievably rude treatment by Kristin in the grooming salon. My dog has been getting nail trims and grooms at this location for over 2 year. She reached to look at her paw and my dog ever so slightly opened her mouth to her hand and she started shaking and refused the service. She said she had PTSD over being bitten in the past. Well then perhaps time for a new job.This all happened in front of the manager who did nothing.Kristin stood behind her computer shaking and doing “breathing exercises” because she was so shook up. Acting like my dog is a monster. My dog is 7 and has NEVER bit anyone and has had regular grooms and nail trims her whole life.What an absolute joke of a pet grooming salon. I now wonder how horrible my dog was treated when I wasn’t standing watching the past 2 years. STAY AWAY!! Book your pet somewhere else.

I always enjoy shopping there because of their great service and high quality products; however, I had poor experience with the grooming Service. I’ll keep shopping in PetSmart, but for grooming, I prefer to take my dog somewhere else

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THERE FOR GROOMING!They injured my dog really badThe eye of the dog is full of blood and the vet told me that it need surgery because they damaged the dog eye!PLS PLS PLS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG THEREthey told me because it took longer than expected they would not charge me for the grooming !Now I know whyThose people are not professional at all and they do not love the animals at all trying to hide the injured they do to the animal got brought in!

I buy all my pets stuff there including my fish tank supplies. We also have a GS pup who getting some training there. Its the best for service and always find what im looking for.
