I started my laser hair removal & skin rejuvenation, Micro-needling treatment with Mrs. Asal right away and my skin has never been better!

All doctors and nurses at Prestige clinic are very professional. I did different treatments here such as filler, botox, facial and micro blading and Im very happy and satisfied with all of them.Environment is so clean and everyone is so kind and nice.

From beginning to end my experience here was amazing!! Dr. Sina did both my fillers and botox and was very knowledgeable and kind throughout the whole process. Exceeded my expectations with the amount of care given to me to really make me feel both comfortable and excited. Asal is another gem that works there that did laser hair removal and microneedling . She explained the process thoroughly and had a great bed side manner. Thank you so much for giving me such a great experience and phenomenal results. Will be back for sure!!

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t good with them at all. They didn’t do the services as they told me before with that price and conditions. They admitted me to come and get the services with the price conditions which the had told me before, however, when I went to the appointment it was totally different as I had been told about the services and prices. I can’t trust them anymore as they were so unprofessional and they increased the 100 price to 500 for one of the services. I am so upset and disappointed! I had very bad experience with them for their unfixed prices and poor services.

I called the clinic to book an appointment since my sisters gifted me a groupon for 6 lazer treatments. The first time I called someone answered and told me they don’t accept groupon a and to call their Oshawa branch. I looked around their website and on Google and found nothing.I called again another day hoping the receptionist who answered might help and she told me to call the Oshawa location. I asked for the number and she said she doesn’t know and she’s busy to call back in an hour. I called in an hour and she answers puts me on hold and hangs up the call. The clinic doesn’t answer my phone calls to this day.Takeaway: Staff are unprofessional, not helpful and rude. I don’t recommend anyone attempt to get any treatments. They feel like a scam, even the pictures on the site and on Google maps look fake. They will waste your time and don’t honour groupon packages.
