My car just had a very minor issue with the rear brakes. I called the shop 30 minutes before close to make an appointment to diagnose the issue. I was shocked when they asked me if I could bring it in right away to make sure it was not anything serious. I brought it in right away. Despite being right before the shop closed, they put my car on the lift, took off the wheel, disassembled the rear brakes, gave them the TLC they needed, and gave me back my car. The issue was fixed just like that. I must have been in and out within 30 minutes. The mechanics were very nice and explained what was wrong. You don't get this kind of attentive service most places and definitely not from dealerships! I will definitely be bringing my car back here next time it needs work.

I recently had a little mishap with my 2021 Tucson and received four quotes to have the body work done. The MB Auto Body Shop came up with the best price by far to do the repairs with a two day turnaround. I picked it up within the two days and was blown away by the wonderful job they did. Not only does it look like a brand new car but also they matched the paint perfectly. I found all the staff very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend MB Auto Body to anyone who requires body work done to their vehicle.

We were looking for a pick-up for specific needs at a good price. After checking Ottawa and area we found what we were looking for at MB Auto. Although we dealt mainly with Mike, everyone there was helpful and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. A couple of days after we got it home a small issue occurred that was resolved quickly. This little glich is the only reason the rating is 4 (and a half), instead of 5. I own a small business and need to have a reliable auto dealer. Mike, the owner, Ely my salesman and the shop staff were very helpful to me. When buying a used vehicle I am sure there are often issues that come up, but with this particular dealer one can sense that they do care which is demonstrated by their deeds rather than words and by resolving the issue(s) effectively.
