Short wait when booking appointments. I don't think they've ever been behind schedule when I was there.

Had a good experience was a patient from childhood. Then when I went to a walk in clinic they dropped me without my knowledge or any conversation with me. I found out I was no longer a patient when I attempted to get a prescription refilled. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I consider Dr Greg Scott not only my family doctor but a good friend. He's what all family doctors should be, friendly, patient, very knowledgeable, direct, compassionate, and so approachable. He's been there for my boys, my wife, and I for many years. His staff are also fantastic. From the receptionists to the awesome nurses, thanks a million for being you.

Dr Scott and his staff are all very friendly and compassionate. They never rush you out and do their best to cover everything within a certain time frame and if it’s not possible to get to everything they book you in again for the earliest following date. Chantal is an abosolute sweetheart and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you see her. The only negative I’d say is that when they open or come back from lunch, the phone are always turned on late which can be inconvenient at times.

I talked to Dr. Scott regarding my mental health, in which he followed up with two questions, 'are you still active like you were when you were young?' and 'do you have a boyfriend?' Extremely unprofessional and dismissive of several things. Not to mention, the only receptionist with any form is respect is Taylor. Only giving 2 stars because of Taylor.

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Greg Scott and his staff. I have always been treated with kindness and compassion. Dr. Scott himself is truly the most intelligent Doctor I have ever met and considering I was in the military and moved around for 18 years says a lot! Even when I have shown up without a appointment they have always managed to get me in. Chantal the Nurse Practitioner is awesome as well, very considerate and understanding. The bonus too is they ALWAYS run on time. Dr. Scott is aware that our time is precious as well, the most I have ever waited was 5-10 minutes max.It is unfortunate that we all can't get health care like we do at his office and that he is not taking patients, I will be a patient for life so you are not getting my spot!

I have been a seeing Dr. Ross for about 15 years and he has always been very knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful, to me and my family. Dr. Ross, Michelle, and the rest of the team, are all first-class and treat us very well.
