Service was amazing and got my right fit easy. Decent collection of shoes and the staff was friendly.

I went to exchange my shoes and the girl helping me pulled out her phone and took a picture on Snapchat to send to her manager then her manager didn’t answer so she picked up the phone and called her and said “Yo I sent you a pic on snap for a customer exchanging shoes look at it”. I was very surprised with how unprofessional she was and she kept shrugging her shoulders at me like she didn’t care to help me. Not happy with the customer service at this store, they need a lot of training.

Went there today, the staff there was not helpful at all. Either they won’t listen to you or keep walking away by ignoring.I was looking for crocs, one lady in the black with short hairs gave me one of the pair and put other one on the display. Later, I asked for the another one and she kept blaming me I gave you the one. But later, she found where she kept it.Not sure why guy working there was laughing. They kept on looking us I felt like maybe I was doing something wrong.Very bad customer experience, they won’t help you with anything. If you want to buy anything just look for your size and buy it.

Customer service is non existent. I would recommend people to either go to a different location or shop at a different shoe store in the mall. I asked the girl at cash for a size and she looked at the computer for about 10 seconds and told me that they didn’t have it, no mention of whether it was available in a different colour or anything. I went back and looked for the size I was looking for in a different colour, only to find the exact size as well as colour that I asked the girl at cash for. I was also told at the last minute that they don’t accept cash so I paid with my debit. There were no signs anywhere stating that they don’t accept cash, and I also was not initially told this when I went to the register to pay. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Customer service at this location is awful. Had to ask for assistance even though they saw me looking for a size in the shoe i was holding in my hand, but they couldn't be bothered to assist me or another customer. We even jokingly asked eachother if anyone worked there. Terrible.

Worst experience ever. I had selected the shoes , was buying 3 pairs but was told that they close in 5 mints so can't process transaction. Worked in retail for so long but will never leave a sale and tell customers to exit before store is even closed. Just wanted to address this issue so that you don't loose potential buyers.

May 14, 2023This place is so terrible on customer service, we went there to buy a Birkenstock sandals, and we ask for Size 8 and the 3 people took a while to search for the size, 20min later one of them give us size 7 and try to push us to buy, I ask her to get size 8 and she rolled her eyes.GO SOMEWHERE else!!!!! One more thing, you have to ho to the front counter to get your own size, they won’t come check on you if you need size!!!!

Was not greeted or asked if I needed anything when it was clear that I needed to be helped. Individuals at the til were chatting about snap chat. No hello, no acknowledgment. This has happened many times before. I will not go into this store again. I had great service Sketchers.

Would recommend not to shop here if your looking for any customer service. I walked in looking to purchase two pairs of Birkenstock sandals and was not greeted or even asked if I needed help. I went up to the front check out and asked kindly to a younger gentlemen working for a size and he couldn’t even reply to me, he just walked to the back. I was then asked by another sale associate if I wanted the vegan style in a unwelcoming voice. I was honest and told them not to worry about it as I will not be treated that way by your employees.
