went in to look at furniture, didnt end up buying anything today but they have a huge selection and were generally helpful when someone came to talk with us!

Our experience was very good. Corine was great and helped us a lot with all our questions. The only downside is that they don't usually have much in stock so if we order something it can take about 3 or 4 months to be delivered. If waiting time is no issue, it's a great place to look around and buy furniture. They have some really good pieces that are unique. Recommended!

One of only a few furniture stores you can actually buy floor models. Friendly and helpful with purchasing and pickup.

Great couch for a decent price. Little Mix up when I went to pick up and some incorrect information, but it was all dealt with quickly. Great team!

Customer service was excellent, Corine was extremely helpful and very friendly. I will be definitely going back here to get a new couch set. Corine was helpful in getting arrangements made for delivery.

What absolute terrible service from Ruffs Furniture in Yorkton. My wife Donna ordered and paid for a bed in May plus extra for delivery. Here we are in July and we go into Ruffs to ask about where it is and we're told it arrived and that someone had tried to call but oddly enough there was nothing on Donna's phone. We were told it would be delivered next week. Fast forward two weeks and nothing. Donna calls and was told it would be delivered between 2-4 so the old bed is disassembled and removed from the room. Nobody shows up and nobody called. We call today and we were told it would be contacted in about five minutes. An hour later nothing and Donna calls again where she is told it's too late today to deliver the bed and agrees to a time to deliver it tomorrow but wants our help even after a sizable delivery fee was paid. Last time ever dealing with these lying crooks. Donna worked hard and saved for that bed and this is how a local business treats her? Goodbye Ruffs, we will never deal with you again!

Amazing, we've been twice now and the service there is unbeatable. Everyone there is always so nice. Great furniture shopping experience.
