The service was dismal. They completely messed up the order. And they are rude as demonstrated by the young lady working the service window who was a perfect example of an entitled employee who can single handily embody horrible customer service. The place was dirty. They did not acknowledge their mistake and tried to blame me on not putting the order in properly. Maybe if they fixed the communication system in the drive thru it would not be an issue.

Slowest 3 hotdogs and small fry of all time, 15 minutes and no one waiting ahead of me. The employees look like they absolutely hate their jobs, it’s too bad because this place used to be awesome.

This place is one of the worse place ever they have stuff on the menue that they no longer serve so why keep it up lol and it took about 20 min for a normal Combo disappointed

I'm not even sure how a restaurant can stay open when they sell uncooked fries to their customer... They need to learn how to cook fries.... Super disappointed... They used to be good in the past.... Not anymore... 0/10

I personally believe that Lafleur supreme Hot Dog accompanied by there soft savory fries is one of the best 10$ you can spend for a quick lunch.

I've been a few times, and I borderline dislike it. The poutine cheese is unappealing and tastes old. The hot dogs are decent and are good in a bind when I need to eat fast. I've never had a problem with staff, but I have heard the manager degrade the cashier before. The eating area has always been clean when I go. So if u want a quick steamy stop in its good.

If you're looking for a gourmet poutine, then this is NOT the place. However, if you are craving poutine and want a quick stop somewhere, thrn you can come here. They have a drive-thru service and the order didn't take long to be prepared. They can take cards no problem.
