Hard to beat... Ish.We've had some particular problems finding gluten free things at this location which the Cloverdale location carries. We've also occasionally had difficulty with the meat selection outside red meat and it's a bit difficult to navigate the store if your sobriety safety isn't that high as the wine selection is smack dab in the middle, and makes several key aisles like the baking goods aisle extremely uncomfortable to shop in.

Murray from home delivery was very courteous , professional ,Friendly , refused to take a tip ,said hello to my noisy dog .totally impressed ,even unloaded my groceries because i have a leg injury .Highly recommend

Good place to buy bulk/open food items.Get more card to get discounted member prices. They have awesome cakes.

This Save-On is decent, most days. The staff can be hit or miss. The deli department has some top notch staff, who are really nice, which is in stark contrast to the meat department which are either never there or grumpy, when you can actually find someone.Same goes for the front staff. You can tell the staff are not happy about self checkouts, as they just ignore them, most days. Had to fight to get someone to clear out self check out screen error.Again, this place isn’t bad, but it’s far from your “local grocery store” feel. I also wish they had the same roast chicken flavours that Walnut Grove save-on has, but that’s just me being picky.Weekend shopping is the best time to go. Everyone seems to be at their best on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekday staff are just...grumpy. Maybe it’s management? Who knows. All I can say is that if you’re choosing to shop at a big box grocery store on the weekend, in Langley, then this is the best place. It’s not TOO busy and the staff are much nicer on weekends.

Evening crew Cindy and Terry were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They had an item listed on sale, the only reason I came to the store, and WOULD NOT HONOUR THEIR OWN SALE PRICE!! I was nearly beside myself when I was charged full price, given an aggressive attitude when I asked about the sale price and even presented the flyer. All she was willing to do was to get Terry to rudely process a return on the item, once again refusing to honour their own advertised sale price of $14.99 or $9.99 for the small size. ( Advertised both on the shelf and in the flyer )They would not even bother to come and look at the price on the shelf with me.I am absolutely appalled as I myself work in the customer service industry and know this to be absolutely unacceptable in any means. False Advertising with aggressive uncaring customer service.

Typical grocery store. This store is part of a national grocery store chain and is pretty much the same as all the other Save-On-Foods. This store is clean and well lit. Any contact with the staff was pleasant. What can one say, well not much other than if you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. My wife and I shop at Save-On-Foods back home and I suppose the fact that they are all the same provides a measure of comfort that you know what to expect and know where everything is.

Not sure why they call it “save on foods” really expensive here. But hey that’s all cooperations these days you don’t make record profits by selling food at a reasonable price. THANKS JIMMY P!

Helpful staff for the most part. The daytime customer service desk staff could be more efficient. Often, there's nobody there.
