Warren has an extensive library of samples, and knows all the products in detail to provide knowledgeable advice on material choice. I was drawn to one in the higher price range, and so he suggested he would order in a larger sample first to make sure it would work. It did, and once the full material order arrived Warren had our chair ready in just a few days. From my first contact with him through email to the day we picked it up, Warren kept us informed of the status and responded immediately. We are delighted with this updated addition to our home and highly recommend Bella Vista Upholstery to update or repair your furniture.

We took our barstools into Warren at BV Upholstery for a much needed replacement of the old vinyl. We were very pleased with the final results and the professional interactions with Warren.

I can't say enough praise for Warren and his absolutely beautiful work! He reupholstered a couch and sofa set, then completely rebuilt a 1950s sectional for us, complete with adjusting the angle of the back to make it more comfortable for us, refoaming it and putting back insanely perfect button tufting and the corded lines( I don't know what you call those!) It looks like a brand new, classic sofa. His work is impeccable and his prices are really reasonable! We got completely custom furniture for our whole house for about the same price as one new sectional would be, except that it's all done in fabrics that I personally selected to go with my own home! No boring, grey, same-same stuff here! All my pieces are a perfect example of how to reuse furniture for a lifetime. And to boot, Warren is a delight to work with! I feel so lucky to have found him, right here in Sooke!
