I ordered an prehung interior door 6 week ago and was told that it should show up in two weeks to find out it is a 5 week wait, call a few times to find out if my door was order, now knows what the status of the door in the production, no one return my call until this week to find out the door is no longer available. Why is this still in your stores to sell misleading the customers???? You need to work on the customer satisfaction a little harder.

Just a quick note of appreciation.... I usually purchase lumber at Kingdon Timber Mart and have always liked their quality and price. Ordered some lumber early this week for delivery and found after delivery that one of the boards had some hidden damage and was unusable. Called the service desk yesterday and they couldn't have been any nicer. Woke up this morning to find the replacement board in my driveway! Great customer service!That's what keeps me coming back.....

Good service in the store.. but the kids" in the yard were very very rude.. the young guy with the beard appeared to be so high he could barely open his eyes.. I would never bring a customer with me. It was embarrassing.... and it wasn't the first time"

Great local feeling home improvement store. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Has lots of everything you would need for home repairs or major jobs. Best part is that they are understanding of people and our lives. Went there 20min before they opened to pick up some emergency plumbing supplies to fix a leak and they opened for me to get my stuff. As they put it we are all here 30min before we open just standing around chatting

Bought a tube of silicone paid with a $10 bill. Cashier had whipped the bill immediately into cash till rather than leaving it on top. She gave me change for $5 not the $10 I had given her. Tried contacting a manager but was hung up on and ignored. Is this the way to treat a customer? Won't be going back.proper training of cashiers on how to properly handle cash & deal with customers respectfully would be appreciated.
