Great knowledge and service. Marco and his team are on it! In the middle of the heat dome at 48 degrees Marco had it installed within 48 hours of our first contact! I had also called 4 other companies in the Vancouver area, only to find that some were unsure of their inventory, some were unsure of the cost, some unsure of the tonnage required for our home (PS: All 5 companies received the same home specs) and one very large company only called me back 10 days later!Bottom line is: Marco and his Rocky Point Heating and Air Conditioning company are the smartest and most professional company that I have done business with, in the past 6 years of living in BC.Marco, your business ethics should be made the standard for all service industries. Marco and his team did a tremendous job on installing mini-split heat pumps in our home.I had several companies provide me with quotes, but Marco was the only one who took the extra step and measured the space where we had thought one of the heads would go only to discover it wouldn't fit. He worked with me to plan a solution that would fit my needs and would be approved for federal and provincial rebates. Supply issues delayed installation, but Marco kept me updated and contacted me whenever any other options became available, though I never felt pressure to make a change.I ended up with a ductless 3-head system for one floor and a ducted system for another floor (to accommodate vaulted ceilings that would not allow a mini-split head).The whole team at Rocky Point went above and beyond to ensure a great installation with quality work. They use sheet metal for interior ducting and the quality of the work done by Shawn impressed my plumber. Each member of the team worked with me to make sure the installation was as I wanted or communicated options whenever necessary.Alex and Dave did an excellent job installing the outdoor condenser units and linesets, keeping me involved in all decisions and doing a great job keeping the exterior of the house looking great. They also worked with me to select the placement of the interior heads to best accommodate the layout of the house.I highly recommend Marco and his team and I am so happy we decided to go with them for our installation.

Great experience with Rocky Point. Marco was able to come in quickly to have a look at our leaking hot water tank and provide a competitive quote. We decided we wanted to go with a tankless water heater and Marco was able to offer a better model heater than the other companies we inquired with for a better price. We were fortunate that they were able to fit us in the very next day despite their busy schedule. There was a team of 3 that did a quick and efficient job of the install. Rocky Point were fantastic to work with. We installed an electric heat pump, swapped out a gas water heater for gas on-demand, installed a HRV system and revamped the existing duct work to reduce noise. Marco did a great initial walkthrough and came up with some ideas we hadn't thought of. He took his time over a few days to go through the pros and cons of different systems and we eventually landed on the ones he initially recommended. The work was done to very high quality and the team went above and beyond. We are extremely happy with the results, now having a quieter heating system without a damp crawl space smell.
