Friendly, Efficient, Professional - Herb's arrived and quickly loaded my vehicle, made me feel at ease in a tough situation and got me and my vehicle to our destination 130km away in what felt like no time due to their friendliness and good humour. I hope never to break down like that again - but if I do I hope it's within range of their services. highly recommend.

Had a tow recently and the driver was excellent, professional and reassuring.Breaking down on the highway is a scary experience and Herbs towing really made it not so horrible.Highly recommended.

They were late, but that didn't bother me (day after a big snowstorm) so much as not calling me and telling me. Which trapped me in a parking lot waiting, in the age of cellphones.That said, great service and professionalism from the driver. And the dispatch was courteous, except for the lack of call.

Waited over 2 and a half hours. Called multiple times, kept giving us ETAs and didn't make it on time for any of them. Better off pushing your car yourself it would be a lot faster.
