Bootleg BBQ Chilliwack

I didn't know what to expect, neither did my 15 guests. We were all shocked at the quality of the meat. Without sauce!! I mean super tender and packed with flavor and spices. Super easy to make and heat up and we all were also shocked at how good it was for being heated in a pot on the stove. Definitely will be back until we move out of Chilliwack. Even when we do, we're gonna wanna make stops on the way home. Just amazing!!

Writing A Review OfPulled Pork, Ribs, Chipotle Sauce. Starting off With Pulled Pork 10/10 Nice Texture nice and sweet (awesome with chipotle sauce) And all around One of the best Pulled pork I've ever had.Now to the Ribs... 10/10 THESE ARE THE BEST RIBS IVE EVER HAD... Nice and soft and sweet...Chipotle Sauce Ive gotten 2 bottles of this. And cant get enough goes well with Everything, Meat, and Salads 15/10Overall I recommend BootlegBBQ!!

I have been looking for a good bbq place for a long time in the lower mainland. Been to all of the main places that serve bbq.Bootleg BBQ is the best smoked meat in the lower mainland period.Pulled pork, 10 out of 10 melt in your mouthBrisket, 10 out of 10 melt in your mouthYou can tell just by eating it how much time, labor and love went into each meat.If you love smoked meat, you owe it to your self to give it a try.I feel lucky to have found this place.Thank you Bootleg BBQ!

Was in Chilliwack for my daughter’s hockey tournament the weekend before the bad flooding. Bootleg showed up randomly in Google Maps and it was just a few minutes from the rink we were at. I checked out the website and was intrigued, got in touch with the owner to ask some questions, and placed an order to bring home. Threw it in freezer and then forgot about it.A few months later found the vacupaks at the back of the freezer and decided we better eat them soon. Did the boil in bag method to reheat it. Opened the bags and had a little taste while portioning it out into plates for the fam.WOW! So incredibly good. Easily the best BBQ I’ve had in Canada, and right up there with the best I’ve ever had.The brisket is particularly amazing, but don’t listen to me. I don’t want them to sell out and there be none left for me.It’s a 2hr plus roundtrip drive for me, but I’m already planning my next trip just so I can get more of this amazing BBQ. (I know they ship nationally too but I’m a cheapskate and a fool and would rather drive for 2 hours rather than pay a bit extra for shipping).

Smokey, deliciousness. Pulled pork and smoked brisket, tender, juicy, can't get enough. Chickens wings/thighs yum, yum good. 5+++

Simply added fries and a bagged coleslaw and both the smoked brisket and pulled pork and without question you couldn't find a better meal at any price anywhere!

Ordered 1 Pound of frozen Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket.Bootleg BBQ is the best smoked meat you're gonna find in BC. I shoulda just trusted the reviews and got myself 15+ pounds with the First Timer Discount ahaha! If you're passing nearby treat yourself and fill your freezer.
