When my mom and I found out about the raccoons and squirrels running around in the attic we phoned around to see whom was the best to call we got turned down and ignored from other companies. Then we called skedaddle and they said it would be no problem for them to come right away and solve our issue. They did a very fast professional good job . We highly recommend these guys. Mike the Franchise owner was easy to deal with. He promptly returned calls and his communication with us was excellent throughout the process. Cody his lead man on the job was very good at taking care of the problem together with Mike. We had raccoons living in our attic recently. The babies were trapped somewhere in the attic and the mother was causing some considerable damage to our property. They took care of everything...caging all vents and securing the soffit roof areas that required attention so that future animals cannot not get back inside. We now have peace of mind for the future knowing this has been taken care of. Way to go guys...I have already recommended your services Mike!

Colton was very knowledgeable and helpful for his initial consultation. Ended up booking an appointment for 3 weeks in advance for mouse proofing/eviction and waited.2 days before my booked appointment date, I’m sitting in class an hour and half from home and I get a call from a tech telling me he’s in my driveway and ready to start.. I advise him he got the date/time wrong, I wasn’t home, and that I would like to stick to my original appointment time, booked previously with Colton. Had to step out of class to call the main line and ensure my original appointment time was still in the system and inputted correctly. It was a mix up on their end and we were apparently still a go.Long story short, my originally booked appointment time comes and goes and nobody arrives while also receiving no calls from Skedaddle. I called the main line again to cancel the job out of frustration (which was a $4,000 job, by the way).The amount this company charges for their services, you’d expect them not only to be a white glove pest removal service with exceptional customer care, but at the very least, more organized to honour their appointment times in a timely manner, especially when booked this far in advance..When clients are already exhaustingly frustrated with having to spend such an obnoxious amount of money to remove pests that have invaded their home, empathy and excellent customer service costs the company next to nothing to provide.. and can mean the difference between a positive experience or a terrible one for a client; completing a profitable job, or a client cancelling a job altogether..So many missed opportunities here for this company to be your one stop shop for pest removal. Too good to be true, especially at that outrageous price point. Lifetime warranty or not, I’m not confident they would even show up in the future either.There are significantly cheaper alternatives in the area. Look elsewhere and save your money.

I had an appointment set for 8am this morning. “Service Technician” still hadn’t shown by 9:35 am. I texted him to tell him not to bother coming. Unacceptable.

My next door neighbour and I recently had a raccoon problem when mamma raccoon decided to make a nest for her and her babies in the ceiling above our connected garages. Mike and his team from Skedaddle did an incredible job. They took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions prior to the job and during the job. When mamma returned for her babies Mike and his team came back to finish the job to make sure they would not return and if they were to return, that there would be no possible way for them to get back in. Mike would even respond to my late-night e-mails, as I was updating him on what the raccoons were doing.

We had a home inspection for mice today and I’m very disappointed in their service. When I called before booking they said they were going to check the whole property for entry points (roof level, foundation, and under the deck, which I asked about multiple times, etc) and provide me with a report of their findings, and also a quote to seal such entry points. The person that came to do the inspection, did a worst job than I have done myself. Needless to say, he didn’t check the deck, or the roof, or the foundation. He walked around the property, 2 meters apart from any surface, and couldn’t find any entry point. Yeah no kidding, that I have done myself multiple times and free of charge. If their entry were to be a door, with bright neon signs I wouldn’t be calling anybody to do an inspection. I didn’t get a report, I got a quote, just a quote, to seal all, but all possible entry points, ie, seal all fascia corners, seal the whole perimeter of the house, top and bottom, seal all weep vents, change all utility vents (which have already been changed, so makes me think that he even check). When I called to complaint, the manager said that they don’t trust other peoples work, so they do everything. Which is all good, but I don’t need to pay for an inspection to be told that, to get a quote for everything that can be possibly done. Which is my point. I asked for a quote and they couldn’t give one, they said they needed to perform an inspection to determine the entry points and create a report, and the inspection in reality is to give you a generic quote. So a waste of time and money. Which is my point. I can’t speak to the actual sealing process, but the inspection part is a total waste. Sorry for the long review (hate them myself) but I just thought to let you know what their actual service is, since their website and agents on the phone won’t tell you in all truth.
