We’re super happy since moving to town and switching to Jackson’s. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and have gone over and above for us multiple times. My husband was late in ordering and it was nearing the end of the day when he called in for a refill. They made sure his medicine was DELIVERED that day and this is now our favourite service they provide as my husband is wheelchair bound and can’t get around very well. Thank you!

I don't go there often, even though it's much closer to my houseFor years now the staff has been rather abrupt, but having to go there for something just recently - have found the staff to have degraded from abrupt, to rude and dismissive.I felt like I was interrupting their day, asking something from 'Julie' in pharmacy got me an eye roll and begrudged help.There is one older friendly teller, and beyond that I will personally continue to avoid unless necessary.More professional places in Innisfail.

Was having some issues with my asthma and my allergies, talked to Brent the pharmacist and he took the time to explain what was going on and guided me in the right direction, very friendly, highly recommended!
